My experience with Olivia was amazing!

I’ll admit my wants list was slightly delulu with the price range I wanted to be in, but Olivia being Olivia found me the perfect home for me and my fur baby meeting every single want.

This home was huge deal for me being that it’s my first home living alone & never having worked with a realtor, I didn’t know what to expect.

From the start Olivia was honest, made me feel comfortable, made me feel heard, & made me feel confident in knowing she would do everything in her power to help me.

Words cannot do justice to how wonderful Olivia is to work with. To start off Olivia takes the time to really get to know you, what you like and don’t like, what’s important to you, and helps you to uncover what those things are if you don’t know. Once we started the house touring process she looked at each home from a critical and protective eye of “would she let her close friend or family buy it” and by the end that’s what I felt like. There were multiple properties we were excited about and Olivia used her extensive knowledge to relay the positives/ negatives to help us make an informed decision rather than being a sales person. Multiple times she shared with us “she would rather us look for a year than get something we don’t love.” Once we did find our house she held our hand through the entire process. She was involved in everything and helped us through every step. Her communication skills are remarkable and we did not have to follow up or ask about things even twice with her. She is on top of everything.

I would highly recommend Olivia to my most cherished friends and family and would not send them to anyone else. It was the best experience we could have asked for.
