Booked 2 rooms. First of all no one was at the desk to check us in. Stood outside at midnight in the cold ringing the bell till an employee woke up and they opened a window. Then when she asked if we had any pets I said cats but they would be staying in the van. She said if we had pets it didn’t matter if they stayed in the vehicle that she was not allowing us to check in. So my family was stuck trying to find another hotel at midnight after driving for 12 hours. Extremely unprofessional. I understand no pets allowed in the room, but refusing us a prepaid booking even if our pets were left in the car? I hope their business shuts down.

Checked in sometime after 9. Staff looked like they just rolled out of bed. Didn't even let us in the lobby..checked us in through a slightly opened window. Bathroom was ABSOLUTELY GROSS. Hair on toilet and floor. Shower curtain had mold stains on it, tub small, and towels were so old, thin, and scratchy. Have better towels in my garage. Bed was hard, covers thin and pillows very flat. Staff not friendly. Didn't do breakfast because at this point I was so discussed I wasn't chancing it. The only good thing about this place is that it's close to Dunkin and the interstate. Would NOT recommend and would never return.

Hidden in the shadows of Motel 6 this is A slightly updated by "DIY handymen" replica of the rundown motel that shadows it. Although it's been renovated the housekeepers do A fantastic job @ keeping the place filthy. They can't possibly consider the inch of dust stacked on top the headboards any kind of clean. They hardly ever change bedding. I would not recommend staying here to anyone

This place was disgusting - hand prints on the head board of the bed, mold on the shower curtain, hair in the bathroom, the towels had stains and smelled like BO. I woke up with puffy itchy red eyes and sneezing and wasn’t sure what it was so I looked around and it looked like there may have been cat hair on the surfaces (I’m allergic to cats). The guy at check in looked like he was either on drugs or just rolled out of bed. We stayed in all similar priced locations on our 14 day cross country road trip and they were nothing like this. This place is absolutely not worth the money. We couldn’t wait to get out of there.

I had reservations for the Motel 6 next door. When I arrived, they had no power so I was given a room in the Town and Country Inn since it's owned by the same people. The room was clean, the refrigerator worked well and they provided shampoo and conditioner (unlike Motel 6). And there was a built in hair dryer that worked pretty well and doubled as a night light.

I don't know if the rooms are well sound-proofed or I just had quiet neighbors, but I didn't hear any noise either from next door or above me.

My only complaints are the towels and the height of the bed. Towels are really thin. I almost needed to use two to dry off. Bed: not only is there a box spring foundation, it's all set on a fairly tall base. I'm kinda short. It was not a good match! But I managed and the bed itself was reasonably comfortable.

I wasn't expecting anything for breakfast since Motel 6 only provides coffee so I had my own yogurt, but T&C Inn does provide a couple of cereals, bread and bagels. I just glanced over the offerings since I only wanted the coffee. I suggest you try the coffee before filling your travel cup. Since I realize it's very subjective, I'll just say I went through a McDonald's drive thru for some coffee shortly after I left the motel. No shade, just wasn't my thing.

Stayed here Memorial Day weekend with my husband to see some of my family who live nearby. We really wanted somewhere to stay that was budget friendly.
The room overall was good until Saturday evening when my husband and I started to get very sick. Turns out there was MOLD. There was MOLD ON THE TOWELS that he used to shower with. He started to have other allergic reactions maybe due to the room maybe not. He felt so much better sleeping in the car than the room.
We ended up checking out earlier than we wanted to in the morning because I didn’t want to be there anymore, I felt too uncomfortable!
Will not be returning the next time I want to visit my family.
Please do better for the HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OTHERS!

Our room was recently refurbished, everything new. The king bed was comfortable, and the pillows. The room was very clean, with a good sized refrigerator and microwave. The staff were very friendly and told us to just ask if we needed anything. It is located right off the interstate, with a restaurant next door. The breakfast was modest. It is advertised as "breakfast", and if was as described - bagels, toast, muffins, cold cereal, milk, juice, coffee.

We will stay again when we are traveling through the area. I recommend this place.

I drive OTR and needed a place for the evening in Edwardsville and found this little gem of a place. The Indian family that runs it were very friendly and helpful. They got me checked in and in my way. I have to mention that I noticed how amazing the flooring looked when you first walk in. It sorta sets the standard for the facilities as a whole. You can tell they take pride in their investment. I love it. My room was super clean, nice amenities and modern. I booked a king room with microwave and fridge. It was about $70 on Expedia app. Talk about a real value!
In closing, if you're ever in Edwardsville and need a really nice, comf room at a great price, check out Town&County Inn. Tell them BigBen from STL sent you and cheers!!
