This hotel surprised me by how nice it was. When I booked this hotel for a work trip I wasn't expecting much. I hadn't been in a Holiday Inn in years and had a sub par impression of them. However, this hotel was anything but sub par. The rooms were very clean, the furnishings were well maintained, the bathroom was very nice, and the staff was super helpful. They even serve a full breakfast and have a free warm cookies and milk every night.

Easy access off the interstate. Super check-in experience; was recognized as a Platinum member. The room was very clean and well-maintained, everything worked as it should. Internet was solid and strong. Several good eating places around the hotel. The breakfast could have been a little better... it wasn't bad, by any means. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the south STL area.

This hotel was very clean, common areas, room, and pool. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Beds were fairly comfortable. Did not have adequate mobility accessible room options. No double queen accessible rooms or king suites with pullouts on ground floor. We are a family of 4 and one of our kids is handicapped. We had to take regular double queen room and made it work.

The housekeeping here was noticably fantastic. The cookies at night were a welcome surprise too. The breakfast was kinda mid level compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses we've stayed at, but the service was nice. Pool was nice too.

The staff were great. They were all very organized, knowledgeable, and ensured that our trip was smooth, and we were able to come and relax. They worked with the dance team upon arrival changes. Had rooms ready to go so girls could come and just relax. They were ahead of anything we may need. Was a great experience and will go back to this hotel if we have any more competitions in St Louis.

This is the best Holiday Inn Express in which I've stayed. The price was great, as was the location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The couch and mattress were just right. Everything in the bathroom was perfect: clean, enough towels, and a good showerhead. Breakfast was hot, the coffee good. I would definitely stay here again.

We were there for a funeral. The staff was kind and helpful. Be way of the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner positioning, the pump squirted me right in the eye. The breakfast was very good except the pancake maker, it was not always in working order. The staff had to hit it on the top and even then was spotty operational. I wish they had a waffle maker.

Made a family trip to St Louis. There was five of us in our room and the accommodations were great. The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean. The choices for breakfast were great The kids loved it. Overall we had a very nice experience
