KGE helped execute our wedding vision to perfection and went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable. From the very beginning of the planning process, Kat was there to answer any questions and offer guidance. She is super knowledgeable in the wedding industry and had worked with several of our wedding vendors before which helped make the planning process so much easier for us! She made sure to do multiple check-ins leading up to the wedding day via phone calls, texts & in person meetings to ensure our day would be as perfect as possible...and it was! Our wedding day/night was easily the best day of our lives and a huge reason behind that is because we hired KGE for day of coordination! On our wedding day, Kat and her assistant, Angela were there for everything. They knew when and how to command the room and got things done, while at the same time keeping the energy calm and fun. They were on top of anything and everything.....one of MANY examples that exceeded our expectations is when I asked my mom for a water bottle, KGE had one and was drying it off for me before my mom could even comprehend what I asked her. The day went so smoothly and seriously all we had to do was show up and enjoy the day and they took care of the rest, even post wedding when I had a minor issue with a vendor, Kat jumped in right away to resolve it so we could enjoy our honeymoon 🙂 I am so happy we decided to work with KGE and would recommend her to anyone looking for wedding coordination and planning services!

My husband and I got married in October 2022, and Kat was an absolute LIFESAVER. I did most of the decor planning & vendor decisions myself, but having Kat as a day-of coordinator really made my wedding day possible. She worked with all of our vendors to stick to the timeline that made everything go off without a hitch, made sure our decor was all where it needed to be, made sure our wedding party was where it needed to be on time, and honestly made all of our stress and planning for two years worth it.

Kat Gaines is AMAZING. I have nothing but good things to say. She made our wedding day a literal dream. Every idea and vision we had she made come to life. She eased all worries, fears and made sure that we had absolutely nothing to worry about on our wedding day. I cannot recommend Kat enough. Hire her immediately. You will NOT regret it.

CAUTION!

Kat did no do well managing schedules, vendors, and budgets. My wife and I had to repeatedly contact vendors personally to keep them in the loop about schedules, budgets, and expectations.

Our Wedding invitations were late being sent out, fortunately for her the COVID-19 pandemic pushed the ceremony to a later date but otherwise no one would have had a reasonable time to RSVP.

Our reception was a disaster, mainly due to her not showing up, and apparently forgetting to communicate what we discussed the week prior on the final walk through with her assistant.

All the stress and anxieties of planing and executing a wedding were not alleviated.

I do NOT recommend using Kat Gaines Events
