If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would. We initially met with Stephanie with intentions of renting a few decorations from her. After our initial consultation, we not only decided to rent multiple decorations from Having a Ball Productions but also to have Stephanie do the flowers. Stephanie went above and beyond our expectations with getting the ballroom at our venue set up and decorating and delivering the flowers. The flowers were beautiful and more than I envisioned them to be. Stephanie was very professional, easy to work with, and gave so much great advice with regards to decorations, invitations, timeline, etc. We highly recommend Having a Ball Productions for not only wedding and wedding receptions, but also for any other big events that invitations, flowers and decorations are used.

Without a doubt Stephanie and company is one of the most dedicated companies I’ve ever worked with. The wedding was totally above and beyond our expectations! Stephanie took complete ownership of every facet of the wedding. She’s responsive and accommodating to the end. The decorations were spectacular and above any expectations! She takes complete ownership of the setup, the ceremony, the reception, and cleanup. She made the wedding PERFECT. You may think it’s money you can save but I’m here to tell you she made the days up to event calm and we were able to simple relax and attend and enjoy a Special day!! Thank you Stephanie and crew! Your energy was endless!!

Having A Ball Productions was instrumental in planning and designing the Ball-Chatham Educational Foundation's Iron Chef Gala two years in a row. This event is unlike any other event in the Springfield area. The attendees of our sold out events couldn't have been more impressed, and we exceeded our fundraising goals each time. Stephanie and her team thought of every detail from start to finish and executed them flawlessly. I highly recommend Having A Ball Productions for all of your event planning needs.

Although Stephanie responded to my email quickly, she said she would get back to me in a week with suggestions for a rehearsal dinner I’m trying to plan. That was November 20. Today is December 14 and I’ve not heard back from her. I didn’t balk when she told me she charges $150 per hour for 3 hours work to plan this event. Maybe she lost my contact number or just didn’t need the $450. A polite decline note would have saved her a 1-star review.
