We had an incredible experience with Yaseen Hajj and Umrah Tours! It was our first Umrah and we traveled with the family: my husband, 4 kids and myself. From the ease of booking, to ground transport, accommodations, food packages, to the actual guided Umrah tours- AH The Yaseen Hajj and Umrah tour group covered it all. We had various levels of people in our group. From people who have done it many times to newbies like ourselves- AH it was a great experience. We had done a lot of our own research and had mentally prepared ourselves and kids that we will be entering a different country. We had really readied ourselves to be with people from various different cultures- I think that goes a long way in setting expectations. We would give this group 10/10 and hope insha’Allah to travel with them again next year!

I had the most amazing experience with this hajj group. I just went back in November they had a thanksgiving package which I think is amazing as other travel agents just offered me a package with no scholar. For reference this was my first time going on Umrah and Inshallah it will not be last, especially with Yaseen Hajj. I heard about this group through some of my friends who also had a great experience and safe to say so did I. I am a young student and yes the prices are expensive but for Umrah I think it was affordable. The food they provided, the hotel service, and the hotel rooms are worth every penny. They are extremely professional but at the same time this group feels like family. Being able to walk two feet out of ur hotel and seeing the Prophets Mosque, and in Mecca one elevator ride and your standing in front of Haram. Also you pay for what you get I got excellent service, Sister Humaira helped me one on one with everything and I probably asked her a million questions and she was so happy to answer all of them. MashAllah this company is owned by Brother Ali and Sister Humaira and they are by far the happiest couple I have seen and you can tell they really love their job. I was worried that this group might have been mostly Desi members and Urdu speakers but they accommodate to all! English and Urdu and Brother Ali even speaks Arabic which was great. I must say the scholars are so incredibly knowledgeable it is insane MashAllah. Overall I plan to come back to in February, Sister Humaira even takes a women’s group which I haven’t seen any other Chicagoland travel agent do. I plan on taking my mother who stays in Florida which they even accommodate nationally. Overall 15/10 experience.

Just traveled with this agency with their winter break package— Loved it. They have quite the few package options, I traveled from 26th December to 3rd December. Jummah in Medinah and Makkah. How nice is that? I really enjoyed the Muftis, especially Mufti Ezaaz. Hotels and hospitality was great. Very lovely couple who owns this agency, they gave our entire group multiple times free dinner which was very nice especially after the journey from Medinah to Makkah. Also they gave everyone baggage tags as well as sling bags which were bright green— really nice for during Umrah we spotted everyone from very far. Very smart and efficient. Alhamdulillah for this trip.

Our experience with the group was great , from the info before travel ,tickets and visa, scholar talks ,rowda permits before our departures ,communication with in the group , zyara visits of both madina and mekka , to the final checkout every thing was well organized , the only thing was Madina hotel was old and not five star but the location was very convenient in front on masjid nabwi , as per yaseen hajj they r planning on major renovation which will definitely make this package even better, overall great experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
