Travel Selection is a great travel agency and the “Go to” Travel agency, at a reasonable and affordable price and they also offer variety of great destinations (depending on your vacation budget) to visit, to relax, unwind and have fun! Helen and her team are very accommodating and very easy to work with. If they are not available when you call, and you leave a message, they will return your call as soon as they are able to. They will also help you the best possible way they can if you encounter issues regarding your trip or may have canceled your trip for unforeseen reason. They will try their best to get you as much credit you deserve and be able to rebook your trip later; noting that Helen and her team are always going to be there to provide assistance when you need them, providing the best customer service possible. As they have been in business for quite some time now, and they have seen majority of the places that they would recommend visiting, it is always good to hear about their honest input of certain resorts that you would want to visit just so you have an idea of what these places would offer. We have been booking “All inclusive” vacations with Travel Selections over the last 15+ years with no issues, but all fun family, friendly, relaxing trips!

INCREIBLE SERVICE. These are the ONLY Travel professional I ever use. I have known Helen for many years and she has always catered to my every travel need. She knows anything and everything there is to know about travel, destinations, visas. She does little maneuvers and tricks with booking flights so that you always have the most convenient, hassle free travel experience. No hidden fees, just wonderful, honest customer service.

I want to share my experience with this agency. Absolutely unprofessional people with a disgusting attitude towards customers. Helen Cogan and Bella Belogorsky are 2 people I had to deal with. In preparation for the tour, passport details were not requested. I was charged “by mistake” way more than my trip cost. In an emergency at the airport before departure, the agent not only did not help with the process, but showed complete ignore to the client. As a result I ended up not going and lost my money. I DO NOT advise anyone this agency! Worst service I had to deal with in my entire life

I am really satisfied with the service Izobella F. from Travel Selection has provided me. Every time I use her services, she is efficient, accommodating and understanding. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to all-inclusive resorts suggestions. She helps us through our decision, presenting different resort options and locations based on our desires and budget. I am always very impressed with her in-depth expertise of and connections at many of Caribbean resorts. I have booked 5 trips with her so far and I am looking forward to book more in the future. The travel agent at this place (Helen Kogan) is rude and does a poor job. My wife and I want to spend a week in Florida, and my wife called the agency to buy a travel package. Immediately from the start, Helen Kogan sounded like she did not want to provide any service at all. When she finally did take a look at what is available, she did not give any details about the hotel she recommended (Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach). We had to find out from other sources about all the additional charges (which are high) and inconveniences the guests experience at the hotel. She did not mention the renovation which is going on and the noise, or that the closest restaurants are 1.5 miles away, etc. When my wife called with a few questions, another agent answered the phone, refused to answer any questions and hung up. Looks like this agency employs the worst people in business. They certainly deserve zero stars.
