Jack’s Tents was an absolute pleasure to work with! The entire process was super easy, from clear and seamless communication to effortless setup. The tent itself was beautiful. It was elegant and perfectly suited to our venue, enhancing the space rather than distracting from it.

Marlene was SO great to work with! We needed a tent as a rain plan option for our wedding. Big Top/Marlene was so flexible with the many COVID-19 changes and we really appreciated having extra time to put down our deposit. A huge storm was rolling through on the day of our wedding- although it never rained we ended up having our dinner under the tent as a precaution and we were so happy to have it in place! The set up/tear down was so smooth and was one of few things I didn't need to worry about during the wedding weekend. Great experience and would recommend to anyone!

Highly recommend! We used Big Top Tents for our wedding. They had all the options I needed and were very flexible with our needs. Communication back and forth was great and the event went on without a problem. Loved that I was able to get things set up the day before...they had a small hiccup in supplies but were back early the next morning to finish. Great job!

Rented two big tents and tables and chairs for a party we held in our back yard. Very helpful sales staff on the phone, good price for what we got, as I did shop around a bit, hassle free setup and take down. I highly recommend this company.

I can't believe the tent that was brought out for my son graduation was the filthiest i have ever seen and stunk like mildew , and when i tried to ask what appeared to be the head installer what we could do about it . He said sorry no speak English . And miss marlene has yet to return are calls "BEWARE" VERY SHADY COMPANY !
