We did a sunset flight on Sunday the 28th of October. We had perfect weather, Tony was in constant, timely communication with me from the first time I contacted him in September and booked this ride up until the very last minute when we took off. The flight itself was incredible, his team was very professional and we enjoyed every moment of it. It was also for our engagement! So in the basket it was me, my unaware soon to be fiance, and the pilot. I highly recommend this company and we will fly with them again in the future!

Took a hot air balloon ride with this company to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. I was nervous but the pilot did a great job of making everyone feel comfortable. You could tell he had a lot of experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

We really enjoyed our hot air balloon ride with Midwest hot air balloons! It was a sunrise ride and we were able to take my wheelchair in the basket. Tony was very careful to make sure everything was strapped down and I felt very safe! Me and my family enjoyed this beautiful ride watching the sunrise. It could not have gone better! Midwest Balloon Rides provided an awesome experience for a festival at our Church. Approximately 500 people were given tethered rides in about 2 1/2 hours using two of their large balloons. Tony and his team were professional and great to work with. Highly recommend!

This experience was everything my husband and I dreamed of! I surprised him with a sunset hot air balloon ride for our 25th wedding anniversary! It’s been on our “bucket list” for YEARS! I want to start out by saying that I had a difficult time finding a legitimate booking near Chicago and Midwest Balloon Rides had the easiest website to maneuver and find online.
After finding them and realizing they're based out of Indianapolis I figured I would make the drive down there to propose to my girlfriend.
Remember these flights are very temperamental to the weather the day of. Tony makes it clear through the website. Easy to book and Tony was amazing at keeping communication before the event and holding constant communication the week of while keeping a close eye on weather. They really stay true to "extra attention to details — and secrecy" as stated on their website for this engagement flight.
From keeping the person being proposed to occupied to helping me hide the ring until it was needed and even giving me a backup plan in case the weather was not permitting to fly.
Unbelievable planning and execution to make my day a lot easier. What more could you ask for?
