The Gather Estate is one of our absolute favorite venues! We have had the privilege of doing the floral arch covering for several brides at this Venue. Every wedding here has been absolutely dreamy and Shelley and her team are so amazing to work with! This venue is a solid 10/10! We can not wait for our next wedding at the Gather Estate!

If you are looking for a sign to have your wedding at Gather Estate, this is it!!! Everything was even more perfect than I could have imagined 🙂 and I wouldn't have changed a thing!
From the first time we toured this venue, we were sold! Shelley was awesome and communicated everything to us. The all inclusive packages they offer make wedding planning SO much easier!
I wish I could relive my wedding day over and over because it was that perfect. Nothing went wrong and it went better than I ever thought possible. My coordinator, Jessie, executed my vision PERFECTLY and even added additional touches that made it even more special.
The teams attention to detail, attentiveness to the bridal party, their expertise/options, and overall thoughtfulness throughout the day made it unforgettable.
My guests keep talking about how perfect the venue was, the food, the atmosphere, and the staff. It was truly the best day ever and I would do it all over again in a heart beat. Thank you!

From the moment we toured this venue, we knew it was the one. We signed the contract that very night! Gather Estate's team was incredibly professional and attentive, making the entire planning process a breeze. We chose their all-inclusive package, and while you sometimes worry that bundled vendors might not meet expectations, that was absolutely not the case here. Every vendor they partner with went above and beyond, and we didn’t have a single issue with any of them.

The pricing is unbeatable compared to other options in the valley, especially for a larger wedding like ours. They provide a storage closet stocked with essentials like candlesticks, votives, table numbers, card boxes, easels, and so much more—all at no extra cost. This saved us so much time and money compared to renting these items elsewhere.

And the venue itself? Stunning. The recent renovations, including expanded spaces, new turf, and other beautiful updates, made it even more perfect for our day. I can’t recommend Gather Estate enough—everything was truly exceptional!

Gather Estate is by far the BEST venue to have your special day at! We got married on 3.15.24 and never expected it to rain in Arizona, but sure enough it rained on and off all day! Shelley and her entire staff did an AMAZING job at making sure everything still ran as close to plan as possible. They were patient, flexible, kind, and supportive. They made our wedding everything we could have imagined and more. My favorite part was dancing the night away in the rain under their beautiful bistro lighting. I'm so thankful to have put our trust into the team at Gather Estate! From our very first meeting all the way up until our grand exit on our wedding night, everyone at Gather Estate was just incredible! If you want to have the most memorable wedding day, trust Shelley and her team I promise they will not disappoint! It truly was the best night of our lives, and we have everyone at Gather to thank for that!

This is where my husband and I got married in April. The whole process was smooth and SO enjoyable. Shelley is an incredible coordinator and made sure that there was no detail missed. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect!

Shelley was truly so kind and communicative (her email response time is amazing haha!) and made the stress of wedding plan fall away. She is a joy to work with, and made each step feel so exciting. The whole team at Gather Estate is truly incredible- from set up, to catering, to coordinating and everything else, they are a standout team that made my wedding day better than I could have dreamed. Not to mention that the venue itself is just stunning. So classy and elegant!
