The Pagoda Evansville is a great place to begin your exploration of downtown Evansville, Indiana. You can walk along the riverfront on the Pigeon Creek Greenway passage. From this great trail system you can access and visit many of the features along the entire city. There is plenty of free parking at the Pagoda or next to it in the museum parking lot. It is easy to find using Google Maps.

Cool little building with an over look. Clean bathrooms. They some small gifts. There is a beautiful bike path that flows the river.

Loved the Pagoda building! Friendly and knowledgeable staff gave us a few recommendations for great local restaurants for lunch. Go upstairs to the observation area for a great view of the Ohio river, and barges loaded with coal. A very enjoyable way to spend an afternoon!

Neat place to visit. Lots of local info and brochures. It's right on the river so the view is great. You can even go on the roof for an even better look of the river.

This is a very beautiful river and a very beautiful place to take a walk. It was even more beautiful at sunset. It has a great walking path, a Museum with a few beautiful war Memorial statues, and an old railroad train car to look at. My husband and I went down to visit our daughter at the University of Evansville. After grabbing some supper we went to take a walk down by the river. If you like taking walks, I highly recommend walking here!
