If I could give zero stars I would! In the year 2020 I went to file my taxes and the tax preparer that assisted with submitting my information to the IRS put the completely incorrect bank account number after I wrote it down correctly for him and went over it verbally. Since then I have had problems with the IRS verifying who I am since my money was put into someone’s bank account and I kept receiving notices that my return was deposited when in fact it hadn’t been. When I went back into the office to tell them I’m having problems they doubted me and assumed I was incorrect of everything and didn’t take full accountability of their wrongful actions even after they saw they were guilty. This place should be shut down! Very unprofessional and horrible experience I’m having to this day thanks to this office!

Every legitimate establishment posts prices for services rendered. This business does not display the cost for services such as translation or apostilles to name a few. Each time I went during a recent transaction I spoke with a different person. Each time I was charged a different price for the service and at one point was questioned whether I had paid. Unfortunately I did not have a receipt for my payment which was made in cash. When I questioned their practIce of not posting prices. I was told that I complain about everything and I should leave. If you choose to do business here, make sure to get it in writing and ask for a receipt especially if you pay in cash. Very bad impression of this business. Follow up with BBB tomorrow. Very shady people talking advantage of consumers!
