Very comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. We’ve stayed here 5 times now and will always stay here when we are in the area. Beds were very nice and comfortable, pillows perfect lol. Shower was exceptional. One of the elevators were not working tho so we had to take the stairs one time and the others was atleast 4-5 minute wait for it.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Made to order omelets in the morning were excellent. The housekeeping and front desk staff were always on point with everything and the burger and drinks at the restaurant were delicious! No dirty stinky carpet - the place smelled fresh and clean 24/7. We were here due to a fire at our home and everyone gave it their all to show empathy and concern. We were extremely comfortable and grateful to the entire staff for going above and beyond! The pool was heated and always stocked full of clean towels. Restaurants and shopping centers are very close and we will be back just for a weekend getaway for sure!

Overall, the hotel was very nice. Room 427 had a strong urine smell coming from an adjoining room that we were not using. I was advised that the room next to us had a "long term stay" and all the rooms are pet friendly. I love pets having a dog myself, but I don't want to smell urine in my hotel room.

The rooms are nice, the beds are good, the free breakfast offers everything you could ask for and the location is perfect. Oak Brook Mall and many restaurants are minutes away as are the tollway and major freeways, making it very easy to go in any direction quickly.

Very clean, great rooms and friendly staff.. Pool cold but fun. Fantastic bar with yummy food and drinks. Please fix the firepit! Easy parking and economical!

I just recently stayed at the Hyatt hotel and I had a wonderful experience from Ryan the front desk person to Cristina in the breakfast area , I must say I haven’t felt at home away from home Cristina was very kind and always had a smile in her face made me feel welcomed. The room was nice and clean and the bed was so comfy

Great hotel! Check in was easy! certain areas you can tell that they needed to clean most in the suite, Like the couch had an old comb in the couch and a bracelet was on the floor which tells me they did a quick clean. I did enjoy that the room had the fridge and stove.

I have stayed here a few times and have had zero problems. But the real star is the made to order omelet every morning. During my most recent stay, Maria was great with taking my early morning order with enthusiasm and a smile. Will definitely stay again as I travel back for business.
