WARNING 😱💣Allstate's claims that they hold you in good hands👐🏾 is not true 😤🤬 they have a team of agents that are incompetent and doing their jobs💯 they have agents that process claims for $1.75 when the bill is $175 who would call in to pay their bill and pay $1.75 will the agent that I came in contact with processed my claim payment as $1.75 and I had no idea that this had happened I pay my bills every month I go forward and it never dawned on me to go back and look at my payment when I saw it I saw a 175 but I did not see the period between the one and the seven for months🥴 and when I called in to talk to them about this issue I couldn't get the agent who I was speaking with again to understand that I did not call in and say I want to pay $1.75 on my claim that's 175 dollars they claim that those calls are being recorded monitored I suggested this is wrong I tried several attempts to reach out to them that there was a problem with this payment and I was willing to make it right so I could move forward knowing that my year payment was paid in full but never able to get to the point I switched and got another insurance provider🎯 Allstate never tried to reach out to me and get a grasp on what I was saying trying to investigate it never until collections send me a bill which I had moved on but I was disputing it so finally I came to the decision that I did not want $34 even though I had moved on I called in and spoke with Carla on this day I told her I just want to pay this close this issue and we have no reason to ever come in contact again because Allstate had failed me to this day and this was months ago I have not received my thank you payments email receipt text message receipt no receipt for payment of this issue 😤 and I even filed a complaint with the BBB about this issue with what was going on, that I had not received my receipt confirmation of payment and still I have not received my confirmation of payment 🥴 good grief already what do you have to do to get a receipt of payment from this reputable company that payment was made in November 24 but what I have received is tons of emails for surveys 🤮 anyone that has dealings with Allstate always remember to go back and check your payments keep track for yourself learn from my mistake 🎯 they get no stars but in order to make it count they get one star and I don't want to give one star to a company that their agents don't care about its clients 😪
