If I could rate this hospital 0 stars I will. This hospital is so unprofessional, the lady infront of the desk has such a terrible attitude I couldn’t even ask a question without her sounding so defiant. Also I stood here waiting 5 hrs just to get my examination result. I kept trying to check in with the doctor but they just have such poorly customer service. They told me that nothing is holding me back to stay but can’t give me my results to check if anything was fractured. If you live around this area be prepared to go in a such unprofessional environment.

Ive been here multiple times, and each time it takes between an 2 to 6 hours for any sort of result or sometimes to even be called back. I went this morning around 4 am because of stomach pain, the front desk lady wouldn't even let me finish telling her my symptoms before asking for my ID and throwing a consent form at me. Barely anyone was in the waiting room at that point. I even told the nurse when I was called back that my pain was at a high. After sitting in the waiting room for almost 3 hours, my pain had gone away on its own and there was no point in staying. The desk ladies couldn't give any kind of estimate on a wait time, they're very unreliable.

I honestly rather treat myself than to ever step foot in this building. The receptionist is rude, and dismissive. The doctors & nurse on morning shift don’t care if u live or die. They will put so many people before you even if u came when no one was here. I am sick and I just been sitting here. No updates no nothing when I ask I get attitudes and nothing else. Please flush them with new staff or avoid them all together

Hey, would like to thank for helping some way staff is considerate. Love options for meals like baked/grilled, fruits, and vegetables (less salt and sugar overall). Hope can add water bottles to menu. With medications have to be cautious and identify if need? Caseworkers, doctors, and nurses need more free time too. Group and individual sessions do help with fun in fresh air. Options like art group and meditation will heal! Rooms can be warmer and know cleaning fully is hard. Appreciate the aftercare arrangement(s). Please make billing more affordable with companies can do. Sending paperwork through e-mailing of hospitalization is helpful too! Wish the best honestly!

The are emergency room at suburban Hospital is lousy. The nurses are lazy on that overnight shift. Don’t go there unless you’re ready to die. They never check on you. They don’t have call lights. They suck my mother was sent home with the needle still in her arm. she’s 96. They are horrible You speak to the nurse in charge and all they do is try to patronize you. then she went on to explain that the hospital was old. Then I vote to close it. please do not go there or take your family number if you want to live. It’s worse than any Hospital I’ve been to in my life.

Horrible CNA’s. Was giggling outside my room didn’t even care to whisper. Giggling about I wanted new bed cuz one I had was damp. I walked out of that room and told her she’s unprofessional and said some other things. Then she came later to check my blood pressure like nothing. I told her you’re not touching me. Geeze
In addition, I was the first person at hospital at 5:30am. They had me wait in a cold room for 17hours (10:30pm) before I could get my own room. If that’s the case I could have went to Cook County where the wait is horrendous but not 17hours. What the heck are they doing in all that time? Goofing off while I’m laid up cold and dizzy.

This once beloved resource of its community seems to have become a machine of indifference. A hardworking, dedicated few carry the weight of both minimum standard workers and below standards workers still sliding by. This type of disparity is the direct result of poor leadership. Without a substantial change and commitment from the top, this community medical center may become more danger than benefit.

West Suburban has got to be the worst hospital ever so if your sick, and you want to get better DO NOT GO THERE, unless you're ready to die. No one check on you, if you're in a room in the ER there's no call button to contact the nurses, you just have to yell for them until someone gets tired of you yelling then they will respond.
