Ben a client of Kolbe House since releaed,they help people coming out of jail with various needs, and services, their staff are great and this is one of the few re-enty organizations that doesn't just refer you to another organization, they actually provide those in need with help to get the started after release from jail or prison..

I went there to get financial help while my husband was locked up in 26th & California. Talked with someone about what was going on and they said they'd get back to me in 1-2 weeks. Never called me, I had to call them back and was told that since my need wasn't an immediate emergency that they would help with a small amount towards me next mortgage payment. She asked me to send her a copy of thw statement, which I did. Haven't heard from them since, got no assistance although I really need it. This was three months ago.
