The staff was amazing. The rooms are very small and lack a dresser/desk and microwave (you can see this in the pictures). Housekeeping comes every 3 days. There is no continental breakfast but they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Parking was convenient. The bar lady was an absolute sweetheart. TV streaming quality was extremely poor and lagged often. The showers have no ledges to put your own cloths, body wash, or other bathing items. We had to put our body wash on the floor while showering. The body wash that is provided in the shower is not sensitive skin friendly and made me itchy. Bring a shower caddy. The prices were good. 20 minutes from Chicago.

I want to start off with my breakfast experience here - the professionalism and kindness from the staff is top notch and the food is declines.

The front desk clerk was also very helpful and a friendly face to walk into it.

Highly recommend - at least stop in for breakfast.

Decent place to stay in the suburbs of Chicago. Nothing fancy or extravagant about this place but that works fine for a short and quiet stay.
Rooms are clean and spacious, however bathroom was a bit small to our liking. Breakfast is not complementary but is available and decently priced.
Plenty of free parking space available.

I travelled from Dallas to Chicago and booked this hotel for 1 night, due to severe weather my flight got late and k reached hotel at 1:30 am but to my surprise there was no body at the desk and checked all places - office ( which was open), kitchen and all floors but there was no body. Called the front desk number again and again thinking attendant might be having receiver with them but no body turned up . Called Marriott customer service and reported the issue they called the same number 5-6 times and later told me that someone will be here in 2-3 minutes and hanged the phone. I waited for 15 minutes then called them again but same answer .

I am very frustrated and would say have never experienced such unprofessional service by any hotel. iHG, Hilton or other Marriott hotels.

I recently visited and this place is a gem. The staff is welcoming and nice.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, I loved it!
The breakfast was delicious. Our server, Juan was very attentive and kind.
I definitely recommend this place for a small stay.

Good location for a weekend getaway! About 30 minutes outside of downtown, so there is not a lot of traffic. Plenty of restaurants and stores within a short driving distance. Rooms are nice and staff is friendly and available to help. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. All of the staff were very nice and brought up a crib and extra pillows as soon as we asked. The breakfast was good as well and the free coffee/tea is nice. The hotel was renovated in 2019 and it still feels very new. We will definitely stay here again!
