The rooms are very clean and comfortable and spacious. Love the one bedroom setup. The furnishings are a little dated...very grandma's living room. Double entrance to the spacious bathroom with a separate tub and shower.
The service at check-in, breakfast as well as room are excellent. Breakfast options are varied and delicious. The lobby area and restaurant are much more contemporary.
I didn't appreciate being charged for parking, $8 per day.

We stayed for two nights while attending a weekend conference in Oak Brook. The service was great, everything was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was affordable yet comprehensive, with fresh fruit, pastries, and more. Our server, Florinda, was especially attentive—she genuinely cared about how we were doing and asked if there was anything she could do to make our experience better. Such kind and thoughtful people!

The hotel has a good location as long as you have a car. The staff very attentive and helpful. Rafaela and Florinda were very profesional and very nice. The hotel rooms need to get updated as they have a 90's decor and look wore down.
Unnecessarily charging $8 parking per night when other hotels in the area offer free parking makes little sense. Breakfast, $20, is expensive for what it is offered.Even they wanted to charge $2.5 if you ordered fried eggs. That is per egg. Leaves a bad taste.
Overall good value hotel!

We had a great experience with breakfast, the pool, and the service. Everyone went above and beyond at breakfast! The section of food was good and warm. My daughter loved the grits and croissants. They also had turkey sausage! The suite was spacious and clean. The security guard at the pool was very pleasant as well even with enforcing the rules. Overall, we had a great family stay.

Rooms were nice . However, there were a lot of ladybugs on the curtains and wall in the room. The front desk switched out rooms and there were some ladybugs in that room as well. They didn’t have any more double queen rooms available so they spit us up into two separate rooms to try and accommodate us. The could pillow in the new room had a tear in it . The sofa bed mattress was very thin and lumpy and didn’t have a figured sheet on it. I called downstairs for a sheet and they never brought it up . Otherwise, the service from staff was friendly and nice.

I stayed at the hotel on 3/29. There was an accident with another guest in the pool, so the pool was shut down for the first part of our stay. This was to no fault of the hotel. They did however clean it immediately, so we were able to use it first thing in the morning.
Also, the let out couch in our suite was out of order. We were accommodated right away with a replacement bed.
The hospitality that we received was exceptional. Tracy not only made sure that out stay was comfortable, she followed up throughout and after to assure me that our patronage was not only welcomed, but appreciated. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff working in the Breakfast area were amazing as well. It was clean and very organized. I will stay at this hilton again and again, and I highly recommend it to others.

Exceptional Stay at Hilton Oak Brook – Outstanding Customer Service!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton in Oak Brook, IL, and I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an excellent stay.

A special shoutout to Tracy at the Front Desk! Her Customer Service was truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect. She made check-in seamless, provided great recommendations, and always had a warm smile that made me and my husband feel welcomed. It’s rare to find such a level of genuine hospitality, and Tracy exemplifies it beautifully.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spacious and quiet, offering a great night’s sleep. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting.

If you’re looking for a top-notch stay in Oak Brook, the Hilton is the place to be! I’ll definitely be returning, and I hope Tracy is there to greet me again. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Staff was very friendly and pleasant (Florinda was amazing). The main lobby and breakfast areas were updated and clean. Our room was on the 9th floor (suite with two double beds and balcony) and it needed updating. Carpet had a large stain and all the furniture was older (saggy couches, dated material), lots of scratches, handle was broken on bedside table. TV’s were small and dated, but worked. Bedding was very clean and mattress was comfortable. Bathroom was large and accommodating, but again, all dated besides the sink. The window views were great- lots of natural light. Would be a gorgeous room if they updated a bit.
