I work with discount travel whenever I travel internationally. From beginning to end, it is a smooth process. Sadiq, really goes out of his way to take the hassle out of travel planning. My flight got canceled during one lag, and he made sure I was re-booked and had all the info to get a free hotel (paid by the airlines) for one day in France. I know it is easy to book online, but having an agent there with you, for me, beats the online purchase. And he's always honest about pricing. If there is a significantly lower rate online, which he does not have access to, he will tell you.
