Hey everyone, my family is hoping to get your help by leaving reviews on this place Banquetes La Gloria 63. My aunt threw my cousin’s Quinceniera here & was hoping to have a great night celebrating her daughter’s special day but sadly she only ended up stressing out more. The owner is not a man of his word. There was a verbal contract between them on certain things that were allowed and not allowed and we tried to follow every single one of his rules out of respect for him and his place.

The first thing to go happen was that the venue was supposed to be rented to us from 6PM-1AM. He then proceeded to say we wasn’t going to let anyone in the building until 7PM, meaning we went from 7 hours down to 6. The 15’s schedule was to serve food from 7PM-8PM due to the decrease of time we had to move swiftly through the agenda that was prepared for the night. Secondly, he didn’t let all the 200 people that were supposed to be there in after a certain time & wanted to charge an extra amount of money to let people in when we weren’t at MAX capacity. Thirdly, the food portions weren’t reasonable & the meat was very chewy. Fourthly, the owner was upset that my aunt was asking him why he wouldn’t let the rest of the people in & basically threatened her that if she didn’t stop complaining that he would stop the party and she wasn’t going to get her money back. He ended up telling her that she couldn’t stay until 1AM & that now we all had to leave by midnight. Keep in mind he already took an hour away so what she paid for was 7 hours and he ended up decreasing it to 5 hours. We obviously weren’t going to be problematic and said okay that’s fine. My aunt just wanted the day to basically be over by now. So many more family members and friends were outside waiting and calling her that they couldn’t come in for hours. & lastly, he didn’t give my aunt ALL the liquor bottles she bought for the party. He ended up keeping a good amount of liquor that they took in for this night.

All this to say that we were really hoping to have a great time with no problems and this man really robed my aunt of her money, time & experience. If she had known all of this then she wouldn’t have rented this place.

We really just want to let people know of this hoping that they won’t go through the same things we did and have something like this mess up an experience that’s supposed to be wholesome. If y’all can please share of help us with reviews in hope that he’ll be able to give my aunt some of the money back & to reimburse the alcohol he kept.

Horrible place to have a party. The owner is crazy, the clock just hit 12 am. The owner was already kicking everyone out, yelling and screaming. This whole place is unorganized and dishonest.

Also my mother left her jacket. We called and asked if it was left. The owner said to stop by and look. We did and nothing was there.

The place is simply phenomenal! My friend had her birthday bash on may 29 and the party was awesome. The food was delicious and and their banquet looks very nice. The whole ceiling has a visual display of the night and stars so it looks like there is no ceiling. The main wall where the main guests sit is a big waterfall which looks beautiful. The dance floor is big enough for all the guests to dance at the same time with a lower and upper deck on each side where the guests can sit. Definitely the best banquet I've ever been to and would recommend it to anyone. Oh, and if you do happen to make a reservation here make sure to get the ribs. They are even better than the ones in restaurants who specialize in them.

I came to a quinceñera and it was the worst experience at a salon. The lady as security was super rude has a lot of attitude towards the guest. She would not let people drink in peace she would always come to ask for a ID - not even the bar guy ask for the a id. She was walking around the places making people feeling uncomfortable. We weren’t able to enjoy the party at ALL! She also didn’t let people come back inside once they left the place to get something even though they were family members - she even did this to the father of the quinceñera.

This location is great for any size party. Loved the Mexican food that was provided and so did my guest. The owner and staff were great and professional. I strongly recommend this Banquet Hall to anyone who wants to experience a beautiful and memorable event.

Had our wedding here and everything went smoothly and perfectly on time. Mark was really nice to both my wife and me which made the experience to have our wedding here more encouraging. Everyone loved the scenery and how the banquet hall was decorated thanks to Mark. Definitely a wedding that won't be forgotten by my wife and myself
