They host special events there. Right now there is Charles Dickens Christmas going on every weekend until about 12/22. Online tickets only. The event is super fun. You will feel like stepping into 1870s…There are charming performances going on in set up theaters, food and drinks are available for purchase. Some tastings have to be pre-ordered online as they sell out and you can’t purchase them on the spot

My experience at the Cow Place Arena in Daly City/San Francisco was AMAZING 👏🏼 🤩. Parking was $45.00, and it was next to the venue. The first stop was to have my ID checked and then get in the fast-moving line. Then I went through security, which had upgraded technology, and we received our pit bracelets just in case we wanted to be in the pit, and in the arena, I went. It was clean, plenty of restrooms, and concession stands. The pit was large with access from just about anywhere and plenty of seating. I went to an EDM festival to see Peekaboo and Rezz. The music was so great, and Rezz had the largest screen that I have ever seen. It was round, and it was a porthole. The graphics and lights were AMAZING! 💯 The Cow Palace was the perfect place for this EDM, and I will never forget my experience at that venue 🤎

We were there for the dickens fair which is an awesome event. This review is only about the location. Some ideas for improvement: 1. automate parking system. Having people collecting cash and making change for the parking really slows things down. 2. More real bathrooms on all four sides of the building. Porta potties behind curtains is not really appropriate. It great however that there is an all gender set. 3. Sign posting to the active entrance. Google maps took us to the wrong entrance. A sign guiding the way would be helpful.

Dicken’s Fair was an exceptional experience. They designed this venue so well and I felt like I was in another world! Can’t wait to come back next year

Pretty huge space with clear signage inside. They have more strict bag rules than other venues I've been to so be sure to read them before going to a show! The line stretched all the way up the ramp and took an hour's wait, which was so much longer than i was expecting! I'd suggest showing up early. (And by that i mean show up on time for doors, fashionably late turned into missing 2 openers for us.)

We attended the REZZ Portal show on March 1st, 2025. This is a great venue with ample bathrooms and ADA seating. The staff was very helpful in locating ADA services and they had a great medical team!

Big fan of the Dickens Christmas Fair. Always love the costumes, acting, and busy Christmas fun. We got a special treat this year with the scale trains. I was not expecting this, and the kids really enjoyed it!

Had a great time at the Open Sauce event!!

There were plenty of bathrooms onsite. Not once did I need to stand in line to find an empty stall, and they did a good job tidying them up despite the massive crowds at our event.

There was plenty of refreshments outside in the food truck area, and I always found enough seating inside to set down and eat in the area set up for dining. Im glad they provided these areas because we were at our event all day through the whole weekend.

Staff was friendly. Whether I was looking for nearby restrooms, getting directions to areas within the event, or just passing through security, the staff was helpful and pleasant.

All areas sprawling through this vast facility were maintained at comfortable temperature levels.

I easily found available seating at both stage 1 and stage 2.
Stage 1 had stadium seating and chairs arranged on the floor in front of the stage. Stage 2 had chairs provided and there always seemed to be plenty for each session.

The Cow Palace easily is my favorite venue on the whole west coast.
