I have been working with Inspire Productions for years and would highly recommend them. They do a great job organizing massive corporate events, they handle the venue, decor, catering, transportation, entertainment, lighting, sound, and more and they make it look easy so that the planners can relax and attend their own event. If you want to create unique and lasting memories for your guests, Inspire is fantastic at curating the best local and national talent. They will propose all kinds of out-of-this-world ideas at all price points and you can choose what you want. It is like ordering off of a menu of brilliant ideas!

Can’t say enough about the great service provided by Inspire Productions, they put together a fantastic team that made our event a hit. When we arrived I knew we had made the chosen the best. They had flags with our company colors to welcome us, table cloths on all the tables. They even covered the trash cans and made them look good!
The food was fantastic, presentation on point and just a good as it looked. Staff friendly, inviting and very professional.
Sander communicated with us throughout the entire process, making sure our event would be a success and it was. They had a range of games for all guest to play from the toddlers to teens. The company games were fantastic and if you weren’t playing on a team you were cheering the players on. The face painter was wonderful, she did a great job even the guys got in on her great art work, she was good and fast!
We would definitely use this Inspire Productions again.

We have worked with Jud over the last several years on our company's summer annual event and we have been very happy with the services provided by Inspire Productions. However, this year he outdid himself, the summer annual event was spectacular. Games were so much fun, food trucks served outstanding food, games were so much fun for the adults and children. Our team contracted Inspire Productions to help manage our 2019 Company Holiday Party.

We worked directly with Jud and Sander on the event and they did a wonderful job at bringing our party to life. Our planning process and budgets were all moving targets, but J&S were supportive with patience as we worked through it all.

We hosted over 700 ppl in a working manufacturing bay that was transformed for the party, so no easy task, but well achieved none the less.

In the end, the event was well planned, budgeted, set and executed to the highest level and detail. Inspire Productions exceeded our expectations on every level…..js

I used Inspire Events to help me with my summer picnic 2016 in August. They did a superior job in coordinating the event and had tremendous amount of patience while working with out AP team. They were able to help meet out budget and even lowered a few items for us so we can use their services. I def have my go to vendor to use each summer for our annual picnic.

Huge thanks to Sander and his team for staying through the whole event to make sure all went smoothly. He is the owner of the business and also helps his staff tremendously.
