I picked a design they offered online. I proceeded to order and then got to the page to check out and they were going to charge a $15 delivery fee PLUS $15 SERVICE FEE?! Another WELL KNOWN florist in town had the design cheaper with only a $12 fee. I cancelled my order with DF. Your ridiculous fees lost you business and I’m sure I’m not the only one who stopped and backed out of checkout page when seeing that.

Buyer beware! I ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral that was never delivered. I specifically ordered from a local company which was a huge mistake. The owner has continually lied to me about a delivery driver not showing up and refunding my money. If I could give negative stars I would! Do not use this company!

When I order from out of town, I worry the flowers will not be as pictured. Danville Floral Co. sent the flowers that looked exactly like the picture online. They were beautiful!
Terry was very kind on the phone and did exactly what he said he would do.
I highly recommend this floral shop!

Very sorry company. After placing my order making sure everything was good talking to the guy twice he had someone else call me 3rd time to cancel the order and said the Dr office address don’t exist? Really If I could give no starts I would poor company 👎🏾👎🏾

I worked at Danville Floral many years ago when Wilson's owned it and it was next door to the Deluxe. My mother passed suddenly in a car accident and did not have allot of time to make the arrangements. I went to Danville Floral for her flowers. They were able to do exactly what I wanted. Beautiful flowers on short notice. Would highly recommend.Best flower shop in town!

5 🌟 across the board. I fulfilled my MOH duties for my cousin as she was getting married and asked for a specifically coordinated bouquet to take down the aisle with the help of said florist. I'm in Indiana and had to organize this long distance, so I was worried. Luckily, I read the great reviews and was put into contact with Terry. He took the time to email back and forth and take a call or two to make sure we were on the same page and my cousin got exactly what she wanted. Great customer service. Would go to them again. She loved them. Thanks so much!!
