Heather took care of everything from giving us great options for our cruise to helping me check in for the plane ride. I had a problem checking in and I called her at 9 pm. Heather quickly took care of getting us checked!! She did a great job helping us decide on tours too!! We went to Iceland, Ireland and UK on a cruise leaving from Netherlands!! It was an amazing trip!!!!

This is my first time working with Heather, most definitely not my last! I was referred to Heather by a good friend of mine. I told her what type of vacation my family and I wanted to take, and she did exactly what I asked if not exceeded my expectations. She is very friendly and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. She picked very nice and comfortable hotels to accommodate my family with top-notch service. All the modes of transportation that she had booked went pretty smoothly. The excursions and tours were much better than I would have picked myself. It was nice not to have to stress out about booking and planning our trip. Once we got to our destination, it was more fun than stressful! I highly recommend Holidays By Heather. ☺️
