One of their vans nearly ran us off the highway merging onto 1-10 on 10/07/2024; van #56. Dangerous!

I spent nearly $18,000 with Mountain View Tours....when problem(s) with their service was brought to the owner Greg, he refused any accountability, yelled at me, stormed out of the room, and later took a jab that my wife has stage 4 cancer (see photos)

Wire transfer of first payment attached to prove I'm a customer in the event Greg tries to claim I've never done business with them

I was almost ran off of the road by five Mountain View Tours buses just now. These drivers were doing over 60mph in a 35 WITH A TUCSON POLICE ESCORT OF SEVEN.

Whom is on those buses that are so important and why are they in such a dangerous rush?

We took a bus trip to the Organ Stop Pizza and the Christmas light at the tabernacle. We came from Tucson to Mesa. Our bus driver was very helpful, polite, went out of his way to help.
Very good driver.
We would recommend this driver.
Thank Jesus for being the best bus driver yet for my 3 trip with Freida Stehr.

The driver was wonderful. His communication was awesome. Unfortunately, after the bus dropped off one group in town, the bus died leaving another group stranded. Families had to call Ubers and have their family members be inconvenienced by driving across town late at night. Never heard a word from the office. Two emails to Becky Keyes were never returned. Very disappointing and quite frankly - bad customer service.

We used them for a summer youth trip to California. Awesome customer service and the reservation process was easy. The bus drivers were knowledgeable and courteous. Everyone went out of their way to serve us. Buses were clean and in good condition. Mountain View has a reputation in the community for high levels of safety. They are a locally owned family business.

I recently used Mountain View Tours to help transport out of town wedding guests to and from the venue and had the most stress-free and positive experience possible!! I worked with Stephen over the phone who was super flexible and helped me pick what would work best for my large party (~60 people). The bus driver (Tom) was extremely nice, punctual and accommodating as the guests finished up the party and got back on the bus. Also- the buses were clean and the AC was enough to cool it down.
