Hiring Margaux and the I Do Weddings team to provide day of cooridnaton for our wedding this October was one of the best decisions we could have made.

From the get go, Margaux was so easy to talk to and she was always there via text or email when I had questions. She was able to guide me through my timeline and communicate with all of our vendors leading up to the big day which I so appreciated. When the big day came along, I had no worries as she took care of EVERYTHING!!!

Margaux and Julia arrived when we could get into the venue and began to set everything up and they were also the point contact for many of our vendors day of. After our reception, they began working with the catering team to flip our ceremony room and I will say that everything they did made my vision come to life. The attention to detail and care they both put into the day really means a lot.

At the end of the night, she cleaned up everything and helped close the venue down. I cannot thank Margaux & Julia enough for all of their help! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for day of coordination.

Hiring Margaux and the I Do Weddings team was one of the hands down BEST decisions we made for our wedding. We came out of the wedding day and planning process with not only a flawlessly executed wedding, but an amazing friend as well. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, there is truly no one better than I Do Weddings!

Leading up to the wedding, Margaux was always available via email in a timely manner to answer any quick questions. About 6 weeks out from the wedding, she sent over a detailed questionnaire and master list of decor and details to fill out before our initial planning discussion about 4-5 weeks out. During the call, we talked through every minute and detail of the day, and got all of our questions answered. She also managed all communication with our vendor team to ensure everyone had the details and timeline of when to arrive and where.

On the day of the wedding, Margaux and Julia were at the venue right when it opened to start getting oriented with the space and the decor that needed to be set up. The entire I Do Weddings team was constantly in communication to ensure the flow of events ran on schedule - I truly didn't have to lift a finger and everything was executed flawlessly. On top of that, they brought us drinks and appetizers immediately following the ceremony, which we so appreciated.

At the end of the night, they helped the catering team organize the rentals, packed our decor, and helped to close up with the venue. I cannot thank Margaux and Julia enough for the incredible day!!

Margaux and Juan were INCREDIBLE! They were the perfect coordinators for our wedding day. Margaux made sure that the ceremony was flawless while Juan set up our reception GORGEOUSLY! They were so accommodating to extending our reception an hour and when we needed to push our ceremony back they made that happen so flawlessly!

We made the right decision in having the I Do Weddings team help us execute our wedding day. We hired their services for Day Of Coordination but really, it felt like Margaux (our lead coordinator) was available for quick and simple questions along the way which was great since wedding planning can bring a lot of unknowns.
Since our intro call, we could tell that Margaux was invested in the details and ensuring our day ran smoothly! It was an amazing feeling once I left the bridal suite after putting my dress on to see how the room came together with the support of her team and our floral vendor. In addition, we appreciated that Margaux and her team kept checking with us to make sure things were going as expected, and also having some apps and our drinks ready for us in the bridal suite after our ceremony.
The assistant coordinator, Juan, was SO helpful in helping translate questions from our Banda and/or Mariachi and also we appreciate that he was willing to hang up paper flags we wanted in the ceiling.

The week of the wedding, she managed to put out a ton of fires with our venue that my husband and I were far too stressed and busy to deal with. Our wedding day had a very tight timeline with multiple transportation and location components, and Margaux’s organizational and communication skills were essential in ensuring everything ran smoothly and was exactly on time.
