Beautiful setting and very nice people running dinning area. We went for the Thanksgiving buffet with family and we had so many choices. Very good well worth the price. We have seen many of the shows here they always do a fantastic job 👏

In October a small group of us went to White Pines for Lunch and Theater show and saw Tribute to Barbra Streisand. The singer Maureen and her pianist did a really good job, and it was a tribute concert and not a full impersonation which my friends and I appreciated. Maureen's singing does sound similar to Barbra Streisand's at times, and she had a resemblance to Streisand as well. Lots of good songs (The Way We were makes me cry every time). The lunch buffet was good, but our favorite was the dessert. No complaints and we'd definitely see another show.

I have been staying here for decades, this was my last time coming here. This place is going downhill, really upsetting to see this happening. Upon going into the room it was a very clean appearance until we pulled out the roll out bed. There were footprints from shoes covered in dirt on the sheets and dust underneath the rollout and bed. The rollout had all kinds of debris on it and the spare sheets in the closet smelled musty like they sat in there a while. This incident prompted us to examine the actual bed. The bed sheets appeared clean but in between the bed and box spring was a lot more dirt and debris. The entire frame around the bed was filthy in every direction, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Like what does housekeeping do,
Clean sheets and only sweep debris they see? What a mess. The Fireplace stopped working in the middle of the night, the bathroom shower was dirty from shower faucet leaking for a long period of time, there were towels for 2 not the 4 in our party, toilet flange was broke and continually ran, the table had openings in the wood that was filled with food matter which is concerning considering that you are in the woods around all kinds of critters. The chocolate at the gift shop was stale. The restaurant has declined, dinner and breakfast was not the quality we received from previous years. We won’t be coming back here again which is an absolute pity as we come yearly here. I don’t expect perfection whatsoever considering that it’s a cabin in the woods. This place used to be really clean and just had a nice overall atmosphere. Maintaining the cabins and putting effort into cleaning the rooms would really be an improvement for future guests to leave a positive impression and likely to help them return. I’d hate to see this place be non existent in the future due to lack of interest and not maintaining the cabins to the proper conditions.

Lodging was clean and cozy. Tina, the housekeeper does an amazing job.

We were here for a company outing and stayed overnight in the cabins. The cabins had that musty, dampness to them (smelled musty from the get go) and the bed wasn't comfortable at all. It was summer and the AC wasn't able to keep up. The bed posts are toe stubbers, so watch out for those. The bathrooms are old and look dirty. Rustic doesn't mean dirty. I'm happy it wasn't more than one night. They did a nice job with the buffet style dinner though!

Beautiful property with nice log cabins! The trundle bed was located under the bed, and we had to move a large armchair to pull it out. It would not have worked on the other side of the bed because the bathroom door was on that side, and the trundle would have blocked access to the bathroom.

Absolutely beautiful scenery. Lots of trails to hike. Cabins are small and cozy. It was super quiet too. There is a restaurant with amazing food within walking distance of the cabin. They also have lots for tent camping as well. The staff was super kind and helpful and really made us feel welcome our entire trip. Would 10/10 recommend white pines.

I do not recommend staying there for an event. My reservation was given to another person in the wedding party without my knowledge. The mother and father of the bride were told the night before the wedding their room was given to another wedding party that was happening on Sunday. We were told we could not book a room for 2 night in a row because of other weddings that weekend. The new owners are clueless about how to run a business, and the lodge is very understaffed. Me and the other guest had to clear our dishes after the wedding dinner. It was overpriced and just not worth it. This wedding had been planned since 2022 and a deposit put down. When I called to reserve rooms (in January of 2023) for Fri, Sat and Sun, I was told the rooms were blocked for, my sons wedding, so there was really no reason to rush. That was totally not true. Because when I finally called back in August of 2023 I was told I could only have rooms for Sat 2024. There was a wedding on friday and that wedding party had booked thursday & friday rooms. There was also a wedding on sunday. So basically, we could only check in at 3pm on saturday and be out by 11am on sunday. The bride's parents paid for a brunch for the wedding party for sunday. We found out that people were coming in telling the wait staff that they were with the wedding party from saturday, so they were eating for free. Well, free to them, but it cost the brides Father quite a bit of money. What a joke..
