This was a great place to smoke, with a great selection. The customer service wasn't the best. Maybe because the white young lady and white young dude didn't know us or we were not regulars. I definitely didn't feel the warm welcome when we first arrived!!!

Francois was amazing! We spent like a whole hour walking around the store and he was teaching me about so many different cigars. Such as Byron cigars… wow.
Not really a newbie but he still was able to tell me things I didn’t know about the industry.
The place was amazing, I bought a padron 1964 anniversary and a lot else lol but it was the best cigar I ever smoked by far. I’ll be sure to come back next time I’m in Chicago.

If you are a cigar enthusiast this place is a must-visit. The atmosphere is amazing. The people are very knowledgeable and friendly. If you have any questions, just ask for Omar and they will definitely be answered. The cigar selection here is second to none.

Casa de Montecristo has a very friendly and awesome staff. They have a huge cigar selection from average to premium sticks. The members lounge is first class; comfortable seats, warm atmosphere and friendly customers. Clean restrooms as well.

Great selection of cigars, they stay up to date with popular selections and vintage cigars. Not too large of a place to lounge, but going there on a non busy day is just what the doctor ordered. You can bring your own beverages and food in the lounge if you purchase cigars from them. Cool and relaxed crowd. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Well stocked with lighters, cutters, and accessories. You deserve a moment of peace away from home or work.
