Kelly was absolutely AMAZING!! My wedding was perfect and a big part of that was because Kelly was so great, professional, organized, creative, knowledgeable and made the day go as smooth as possible. If there was an issue I had no idea about it because Kelly handled it so I could enjoy my morning getting ready and enjoy my new husband and all my guest at the ceremony and reception. I will recommend Kelly to everyone I know who is having a wedding. I wasn't sure if I wanted a wedding coordinator/day of coordinator but hiring Kelly was the best thing I did for our wedding! If you're debating or unsure, just do it and make sure Kelly is the one you hire... I promise you won't be disappointed!

I can’t say enough good things about Kelly with Kalen Events. She went above and beyond for me and my bridal party. She was early to the rehearsal dinner and helped keep everyone on track so we had a smooth rehearsal. She has no issues reaching out to vendors with questions or concerns. Kelly is also super sweet and professional. Without her I don’t think I could have managed being as stress free as I was on our actual wedding day. She problem solved and made quick decisions which made me feel so much better and at ease. We super appreciate Kelly and recommend her for any event you have if you want a enjoy yourself and have a stress free time (:

I have been to multiple wedding events hosted and coordinated by Kelly, and each and every time I am in awe. The attention to detail, the welcoming ambiance and diligent work put forth by herself is unmatched. She is approachable, organized and driven. Whenever I talk to a bride and find out that Kelly is involved in their event I become so excited because I know that no one is going work harder or put together a greater experience. She’s a 10/10! Would definitely recommend!

Words cannot express enough gratitude for Kelly and Kalen Events! My wedding was being held out of state in Riverton Utah. Coordinating everything on my own from Phoenix was daunting and overwhelming. Kelly was so organized and helped find the top venders in the state for everything we needed from catering, lighting, flowers, photography, and all in-between. Kelly is a top notch planner! She had incredible spreadsheets and timelines for everything from guest seating to music for the day of the wedding. Was so helpful for me to follow to see what was going on from six months out to minute by minute the day of our wedding. Every one of the vendors, key people, and bridal parties, received copies of the day of timeline. This ensured everyone was on the same page and there was no confusion on the when or where for anything. Was so outstanding and helpful. She had great advice and input for things that I hadn’t thought about from design to seating. She is creative and passionate and she shows it in how she works with you. Her creativity and diligence to details in outstanding. She is a quick problem solver and made all the planning fun and stress free. Kelly also traveled with us out of state to ensure everything from set up to the day of the wedding went according to plan. She was diligent and professional but also so warm hearted to all our family and friends. She helped in every way on our wedding day from set up, welcoming friends and family, corralling all the extended family for wedding photos, she had her talented hand in every aspect and it would not have been the amazing day it was without her.

Kelly is AMAZING we definitely found her last minute a couple months before our wedding, and she instantly jumped in and helped where we needed. If vendors didn’t call back or text back she instantly took over to get ahold of them. If I was ever upset about something or was displeased she immediately found a way to resolve the issues at hand. I 100% recommend her to anyone needing someone to guide their event. She gives you as much control as you want, and if you want her to take the lead on anything she’ll do that too. The only bummer about this being our only wedding is that we won’t be able to
