I have been coming to this practice for years to see Dr. Renee Latner. She truly cares and really diagnose the cause and root of your symptoms. And all of the doctors take good care of me and the nurses are attentive and have good people skills.

Dr Lantner was great with my 9 month old baby. She was thorough and explained everything very well. I would recommend her. The office has an odd elevator (not a standard elevator) which was tricky for us. Another patient helped us. I would advise against bringing a stroller if you can do without it.

On Thursday, unfortunately my regular doctor was unavailable and I had to see DR. RIZVI.

What a mistake!

I presented with a problem that occurs twice per year at the height of the allergy season and has done so for THIRTY YEARS!

When it begins to show up, I ramp up to four types of antihistamines 2x daily for at least a week. The pain generated by this enormous flare can be debilitating and causes pain anywhere on the 8-10 scale.

As the problem ramped up over a week, the pain was being addressed by me with up to four scheduled drugs daily and they were not making a dent in the misery. These are strong, and I was frightened by the ferocity of my symptoms when they increased rapidly overnight.

Over thirty years, when it gets this bad, my previous doctors in NJ and California have found the only solution to the problem is an intramuscular steroid shot. Despite my being in tears and this description,this doctor’s answer was to TAKE MORE TYLENOL!

I was already taking Percocet that didn’t make a dent. I was beyond shocked at his lack of care for my distress and his total unwillingness to provide the simple solution.

I explained everything above to this doctor

Unfortunately, it was very clear to me that he was not listening and had made up his mind before I had ever finished this rather long description.

He did not care lat all about the pain and distress caused by these symptoms

Any of my attempts to explain the lifelong success I’d had with a successful treatment was met with indifference.

He rudely dismissed me with “this appointment is over” and I ended up at Urgent Care where the doctor did provide the steroid shot.

The result:

MY PAIN AND DISTRESS WAS 90% ALLEVIATED ONE HOUR AFTER THE SHOT. 100% in a few hours.

Because of Dr. Rizvi, I incurred additional
costs, emotional distress and two additional unnecessary hours of excruciating pain and frustration.

To reiterate, I was not seeking any type of pain medication, just a simple steroid shot to stop uncontrollable inflammation caused by allergies.

I will only see my excellent regular doctor from this practice from now on.

DO NOT see Dr. RIZVI if you seek compassionate, competent care.

I just want to say that this is one of the BEST allergy office I went to and I am happy I am a patient here. They are very efficient, helpful, sweet, and you feel that you are cared for. The doctors are amazing, specially Dr. Lantner (who is my allergist). I have been having a lot of emergency lately and they have been on top of it, I appreciate their patience and I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a peace of mind through their visit (from the reception to seeing the doctor to checking out).
