For the price of the room, you'd think that the condition and quality of the room would be way more acceptable than what it was. Plenty of features in the room did not work. A majority of the lights in the pool room did not work, light panels did not work, the sound system would not turn on after being turned off, the furniture was in poor condition, the bars on the pool side felt grimy. The "continental breakfast" was all junk food including: Twinkies, cupcakes, nutter butter, cookies, and honey buns. The hot water side of the water jug did not dispense hot water.

The room was clean. The whirlpool was old. The room was small. The rooms are no smoking, so everyone was outside smoking weed. The ceramic floor by the whirlpool was cracked and covered by a mat. No dvd player because they were being stolen.

During my stay at Champagne Lodge, I noticed a disturbing detail in my room—a small, oily handprint on one of the chairs. The handprint was smaller than my 8-year-old daughter’s hand, which immediately raised concerns. When I brought it to the front desk’s attention, I was told it was “weird” and that maybe a cleaning associate had left it. However, the size and placement made that explanation seem unlikely.

The front desk staff assured me they would have someone clean it, but in the end, she cleaned it herself. The entire situation made me feel uneasy about staying there. When I expressed my concerns, she casually mentioned that people use these rooms for many different reasons. That comment, combined with the unsettling discovery, left me with no confidence in the cleanliness or safety of the room. After seeing that, I knew I wouldn’t be comfortable staying—or ever returning. I wish they would have refunded me, and I pray that no child is ever harmed on that property.

Everyone was so nice when we checked in and they even gave me a free upgrade for my birthday. The room was as beautiful and we got a package for them to decorate as well. The hot tub and the shower was amazing. It was so relaxing. There’s a tv with streaming service and great sound. The strawberries and champagne was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back on our next visit.

Just wanted to jump on here and share my wonderful experience coming here. Being able to book the executive suite multiple nights I must say the service here is wonderful and pleasant each time I visit. The rooms are perfect. The jacuzzi is great. Shower/steam room is perfect. Bed is comfortable and love how you can stream anything over the tv. The heat and ac unit work perfectly during any type of season. It seems like some of the things in the room have been updated but the small couch near the jacuzzi area needs a new update but that’s the only bad thing I can say just being picking. I love this place so much I wish I could be a partial investor to the location and membership. If you choose this place you will truly not be disappointed.

Got there was not expecting it to be so out of the way which we loved. Got an upgrade to a better room which was amazing my wife and I want to book a bigger trim in September for her birthday. Only problem we had is the tvs WiFi did want to connect but it was fine we didn’t need the tv anyway. Thank you for our wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

I am editing my review. My credit card was charged for the incidental fee on 12/01. I was informed that the charge would be credited upon check out on 12/02. I never received the credit. I've contacted the business two times and was instructed to file a dispute with my credit card company. The business said if they received the dispute, they would then apply the credit. I disputed the charge and was informed that it was determined that the charge was accurate. There was no damage done to the room to justify the deposit not being returned.

The shower was a huge disappointment,there is mold in the corners and we were unable to adjust the water temp which was scolding hot plus the placement of the shower head made it impossible to take a morning after shower. However is was late when we noticed and never called the front desk to have the problems addressed.
