a lot of money has been spent on decor. it is pleasant. I had a bad weekend, but look forward to a stay where things are complete at this hotel.

Located right off of the expressway, making it easy to get downtown or to the western suburbs.

We were here for 2 days of meetings, room temp was comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast and lunch were standard buffet but very well attended by staff.

The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms in the 3rd floor are a little small, but the rest of the room is very spacious.

And a special shout out to Sam at the front desk who is always helpful!

I enjoyed my stay here. Its quiet and clean. Staff was amazing especially Sai he is so welcoming. Food was good and they have very reasonable prices. I have a good experience staying with them and I will come back. I highly recommend this place.

Rooms and hotel are very nice looking. Rooms have a basic clean to them. Housekeeping could do better. Location was great lots in the area. Service would have been great if staff communication was better. The hotel mixed up our reservation room, and we ended up locked out. Mohammed was the evening staff and instead of listening and trying to help initially he treated me like I was fresh off the street lying about a room. We had been at the hotel per our reservations. The day staff forgot to note the initial switching of our room, and more. The following day Management was to follow up and accommodate us for the stressful mix up. Never received a call. i would not stay at this hotel again. Not sure if it was because I was black he wasn't hearing me or what. Such a stressful situation. Pegging to have access to your paid for room with all of your belongings in it.

Had an exceptional stay at the Delta Hotel! The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable – every corner was spotless, making us feel comfortable and cared for. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. Special shoutout to Sy and Bar Captain Sam, who truly made our experience memorable with their warm hospitality and outstanding service. Sam’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor at the bar were top-notch! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay. Five stars all the way!

Elevator was out of order and we were not informed until after paying and receiving room key. Unable to watch tv-no signal. Bathroom was dirty, poorly lit and poor water pressure. Shower door fell off the track while showering. Water stain and peeling on bedroom ceiling.
