The room was not clean, with dirty sheets and towels that were too small, and there were only two towels available. Only two basic toiletries were provided, both tiny bottles of shampoo. There was no hair dryer or iron and ironing board. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The hallway and elevator reeked of cigarette smoke, and no breakfast was offered either. There is no cafeteria.

Stayed here with our kids for a few weeks. The rooms were pretty basic. There was a full kitchen, as promised. Although there were alot of damaged items in our room in particular. We mentioned those things to the manager upon arrival but they were never addressed. The hotel really didn’t have any other amenities. There was no where to lounge outside of the room which really sucked. Often times, the guests would just loiter near the entrance. The exercise room was under construction and only had one piece of equipment in there. That was very disappointing since that was the main reason we chose this location over the one in Romeoville. The elevator would stop working from time to time. Honestly, the best part of this hotel was the location. It’s right off the eway 🤷🏽‍♀️ and Waterfall Glen is within walking distance.

Still, I do not recommend.

We had a fabulous stay. The room was extremely clean. The whole staff was friendly and professional. Milak, who checked us in as a late arrival was extra kind as we were tired and needed a shower after such a long drive from Florida. Alina, Ryan and the housekeeping team made us fell welcomed and were very helpful during our stay. This is a great place to stay and will stay again next time in the area.

I booked & paid online but when I got there at midnight they had no room for me - even with a confirmation number.
Fail.
Waiting to see if they refund my money.
In this day of technology, there is NO good excuse why you allow me to book online, charge me, and then do NOT have my room ready for me when I get off work that late after driving an hour.
I should have gotten the courtesy of a phone call at the very least.

My 7 day stay was due to home repairs. For a seven day stay the price is very reasonable. The staff rendered great customer service and was helpful and courteous. The housekeeping staff does a great job keeping the public areas clean and fresh.
The upkeep of the building is very well kept. There is a laundry room, The prices were reasonable for their washers and dryers.

Dogs are allowed.

I booked this room thru a 3rd party for two 3/31-4/14 bc it was convenient in location and price being that I am only here for work! When I first checked in my room I noticed that the lights wasn’t working properly and I called down to the desk because I continuously had to get up and turn it on bc the motion detector was broken, I later traveled to Walmart to purchase a desk lamp bc that was overwhelming, the hotel was sold out so I want able of switch rooms. On my second night I noticed that my room was infested with roaches and I called again to speak with the manager Darius!! He came to my room the next day with a can of raid to spray the areas that were infested which was very annoying bc again I wasn’t able to switch rooms being that the hotel was sold out! That Thursday I was inconveniently woken out of my sleep by Darius the hotel GM to allow pest control come and spray! The pest never went away later the next week I was switched to a smaller room which was free of roaches but had a very dirty and ripped up chair that Darius stated he was getting replaced but never did!! I was also told by Darius that I would be given a good rate bc of the inconvenience for my past booking but I would have to book directly thru the hotel if I wanted that rate! Here we are today my 4th week 4/21/2024 and Darius didn’t not honor his word not only that I express to him that something in the first room bit in my legs and thighs and he said well since I’m so unhappy with the hotel why won’t I got find another hotel!!! I found that very rude and unprofessional when I have already spent well over $1200 at this hotel!! He still charged me market rate for the fourth week and when I asked him for his supervisors contact he rudely stated that he wasn’t giving me his contact and gave me a number that wasn’t in service and stated that I can google it!! I have been very patient with the (GM) Darius Strickland and the hotel staff but his is a lil too much!! I would t recommend this hotel!!!!

Don't bother making a reservation at this place... they don't honor them. I booked a room a few days in advance of my trip and put a credit card down to secure it and received the standard warning that I will be charged full price if I no-show without cancelling in advance. On they day of my stay, I travelled an hour toward them and when I was 10 minutes away, they called to say they didn't have a room for me. They didn't care that I made a reservation on line and had a confirmation number... they just up and cancelled on me. Don't let them do this to you as well!

The people who work at this location are the nicest staff and they run things very well, they gave fair prices and clean rooms to me and my family while we were dealing with rough times and had no where else to stay. I highly recommend staying here you won't be disappointed, they're good people and well take care of you while your staying here.
