Im sure this is a great place to rent and place looks nice but Shirley should not be answering the phone or have any type of communication with the public. She seems to be bothered when having to answer questions. Her attitude is bad. I hope management reviews these comments and helps her with her people skills. If the community comments don't mean anything and gets ignored I guess Shirley will continue to be rude. I guess sometimes people that have hate in them think it's ok to talk to other people disrespectful. Shirley hope you have a peaceful New year and it brings you joy so you can share with others.

I never write a review but this was the worse experience my first time calling and last I will never recommend anyone. I just got off the phone with Shirley. She was so rude on the phone all I was doing was asking questions and right at the start I hear in her voice she had a bad attitude. If you don’t like your job don’t work at a place where you have to communicate with people and she was training a new employee.

The place is great but the lady managing the place has a horrible attitude since we got to the place she start to complain about the speaker saying to keep it low or the police will come by, the time the party was over we were cleaning up and she keep saying she would charge us extra for cleaning even when we were trying our best to left everything nice and clean, she was trying to kick us out before 11 she charge $100 for few finger printson the men's washroom, a shoe print on a wall, some crumbs inside the microwave hoy and popcorn on the floor when we didn't even have popcorn on the party...go some else where you can actually enjoy your party...

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I called to find out more information because i was interested in renting it, and Shierly answered my call and right away had a bad attitude with me. I told her my mother was going to be the one renting it because i am not 25 and she had said “does your mom even speak english?”. Very unprofessional and very racist thing to say. I do not know what that had to do with anything and why she had the audacity to ask that. Horrible.
