The first time I met with Meg I knew she was the right one to handle my husband’s 80th birthday party. it was going to be a surprise so I couldn’t be out running around trying to find table cloths, centerpieces, cake. Meg and her team handle it so professionally. They know the best vendors to put on a party at the best price. The cake was unbelievable delicious and beautiful. The whole room was very festive I couldn’t have done it without Escape Party Planning.
When she says she will take care of it from beginning till end they mean just that. When the party was all over, she was Rapidly cleaning up the mess. She’s an unbelievable!!!

PURE MAGIC. I had the pleasure of working with Escape Party Planning as a photographer for a wedding. The couple's upscale estate was transformed into something truly magical. As soon as I walked in, I knew it was going to be a spectacular wedding—and I've been to many. I don't know how they do it, probably black magic voodoo or something, haha! But seriously, beyond the stunning design, I never had to worry about the day's flow. They ensured the couple was well-fed, hydrated, and enjoying every moment. Their attention to detail and seamless coordination made everything perfect. Not only do I recommend Escape Party Planning, I won’t have another party without them. From coordinating to designing both Megan and Regina were super professional and you can tell they know what they are doing. My engagement party was beautiful! My centerpieces were perfect! My stage was stunning and the balloon circle they put together was so elegant. I highly recommend them for engagements, bridal showers, baby showers and ESPECIALLY weddings. Let me tell you! If you want peace of mind and a beautiful event hire these ladies! The creativity and the relentless execution is so spot on. They go above and beyond! I could brag for days on how they helped with multiple events but the most important event they helped us with was our wedding! They took the idea and my budget and they EXECUTED beyond our expectations! The ambiance and the decorations were gorgeous! Regina and Megan are the dream team you HAVE TO HAVE. They were on top of all vendors for our wedding and made sure that we got to enjoy the event for ourselves!

Escape Party Planning planned and beautifully executed my 60th birthday party. Foundational expectations were easily set from our first meeting, when the two kind and professional young ladies asked, "how involved do you want to be?" I said, "I don't want to answer the door, pour drinks or be distracted by taking things out of the oven. I want to enjoy myself by focusing on my guests." Boom! Done! They made that happen and so much more. They conceptualized the theme around the colors and level of sophistication that I envisioned and collaborated on other party details with a high level of responsiveness. They steered the ship but were open to new ideas as well. They made certain that the food arrived on time and was presented beautifully. They kept me apprised of the timing of activities such as meal time, dancing, cake service, guests arriving and leaving and other general awareness without needing much of my attention. The guests appreciated the whole event team's kindness and friendliness, the bartending and the welcoming atmosphere. My guests used the word magical to describe the ambiance of the outdoor tapestry they created. This included lights, firepits, candles and balloons. I am blessed with a gorgeous backyard and they brought life and sound to it, in a memorable and joyous celebration. I will definitely use this company again.

We hired Megan and her team to help plan and coordinate our wedding that just occurred this past weekend after meeting them at a wedding expo in Phoenix where she had really cool brochures on what her company does. It started with a consultation at our home where she got to know us better and took measurements and photos. She got a feeling for what our ideal aesthetic was through talking to us and looking at our Pinterest boards. Within a month she sent us gorgeous mockups of the day including pictures used from the house, to show the inspirational look we wanted to go for.
TLDR: We could not recommend them enough! They were the most professional and perfect team the day prior, day of, and day after our huge event.
The process leading up: We told Megan that we will be largely hands off since my wife and I work full time, and she completely ran with it. Her team got all of the vendors together and even reduced the number of vendors to make it more compact and cheaper for us. She was incredibly responsive, and kept us up to date regularly on everything. Any changes came through ASAP, such as our original officiant backing out with less than a month to go, and Megan found a substitute right away who turned out to be incredible! Megan even helped with a day of planning including timing of all the important moments, who takes care of what, and how their team will be involved. We felt very confident leading up to the event.
Day before: Vendors began showing up and the stress started rising - until Megan and her team showed up! They took over everything. From setting up our venue, working with the vendors, finding the right spaces and even moving furniture around for us, the setup was perfect by the end of the day. It was our parent’s home, and Megan helped make it personal and close while giving it an awesome wedding venue touch.
Day of: Megan and her team took care of everything. During a 100 person wedding, the flow of people, food, vendors, catering, music, etc. was perfect. We didn’t see one piece of trash or any interruptions or issues. They were extremely professional with our guests! They accommodated all our needs, and while we were being swarmed by our friends, Megan even brought us food since we didn’t have time to get some. She paid special close attention! We were able to just enjoy our wedding, stress free, and focus on the experience rather than running the show. At the end of the night, our guests did not want to leave and Megan and her team stayed later to help clear the house, clean up, make sure we were comfortable and gave us a big celebratory hug.
Day after: Megan and her team came promptly, cleaned up our venue (house) and handled all of the equipment. You would not even know there was a wedding the day before! Again, nothing but professionalism and care.
Overall, 5/5, 10/10, million/million. Megan and her team are rockstars and you should get them for any event, no matter the size! They will do an incredible job! Thank you Megan and your team for everything!

I was lucky enough to be part of a recent girl’s trip that was coordinated by Escape Party Planning. I was really impressed by their organization and attention to details. I especially loved the first night, the “getting to know each other” presentation. We each filled out a questionnaire months ahead and Meg and her team put together a TV slide show to see if we could guess each other’s answers. It was a fun way to introduce us to each other since some of us had never met until this trip.

Meg and her team also did a stellar job keeping us happy. They took the time find out what we all liked to drink or eat, and then continually served us. This trip hosted by our friend Linda, along with Escape Party Planning, made us all feel like celebrities!
