Partnering with Patricia and the DS Events team as our preferred DMC has made a huge impact on ease for my Sales & Catering team in addition to the seamlessness of event production for our clients. The ability to provide a one stop shop experience with the introduction from the venue to the collaboration with DS events and the clients; from transportation and off-site events, to receptions with champagne skirts, 360 photobooths, red carpets, logo'd bars, flare bartenders, and everything in between is greatly beneficial in the hotel world. From the moment I zoom'd with Emily we were off to the races. She brought so much creativity to the theme of our event, but also knew all the vendors we needed. From the photog, band, designer, Delorean car rental (yes!) and more... we were thrilled with her work. She went the extra mile and went to measure a door JUST to make sure the car wouldn't fit through it. It was about an inch too short. But the fact that she did it was incredible.

Where do I even BEGIN with the DS Events team!? Working with DS Events truly was a gamechanger for our event. Emily and John took so much of the lift off me, so that I could focus on other parts of the program and wasn’t busy fielding questions from multiple vendors. They truly embodied the spirit of what this program was and were an extension of our team both during planning and onsite.
