I cannot say enough good things about The Willow! We got married here in November 2024 and truly had the wedding of our dreams. If you’re looking for that intimate, desert vibe, look no further! Not only are the views gorgeous, but the Willow house and property are just stunning. I loved having the option to work with their preferred vendor list, making the planning process smooth for those without a planner. Bristol was our coordinator and was very attentive and accommodating to all our needs. She helped execute our vision flawlessly!

Special shout out to one of the preferred vendors, Fresh From the Kitchen, book them for catering!! Our guests would not stop talking about how delicious the food was!

We got married on 2/14/25 at The Willow, and it was the greatest day ever! We went with the all inclusive package and it made it so easy! Maddie and Kelsey were in charge of coordinating our day, and I couldn’t praise them enough! Kelsey got us started, and then passed us off to Maddie. She answered my emails (and texts 🤭) always the same day, usually within hours, and provided exceptional guidance for everything that was in her control - and even pushed for things we had questions about that were out of her control. She made it soo easy on us. Not to mention, these ladies set up our reception BEAUTIFULLY! I didn’t have a vision for our tables, and they turned out better than I could’ve dreamed. Maddie was attentive the whole night, checking in when she could, and handling our delayed ceremony due to traffic seamlessly - you wouldn’t have known! The only thing we think the Willow could improve on would be having built in rafter heaters - it gets cold and breezy in the winter and having one less thing to rent wouldn’t be bad! Regardless, our day was perfect and I will be telling anyone single or engaged to get married here🤍

As wedding photographers who have captured weddings at The Willow, we can’t say enough good things about this venue. Thinking about saying “I do” here? The Willow truly has it all. From the stunning natural light in the getting ready rooms to the gorgeous space for celebrating, every detail is perfect. Plus, the Arizona desert is just steps away, offering the dreamiest backdrop for those golden hour portraits. The staff is so friendly and always quick to help with whatever is needed, making the experience seamless for everyone. Highly recommend getting married here. It’s the perfect place to create unforgettable memories.

We had an excellent experience working with Kelsey & the Willow team for our wedding in March 2024.

The venue is beautiful. The sunset was so, so stunning looking out into the open desert studded with saguaro cactuses at cocktail hour. It took our guests' breath away and I love that being the defining visual memory of our wedding. The getting ready spaces, ceremony site, photo spots in the desert, and reception space all looked really nice.

The team is extraordinarily easy to work with. The regular meetings leading up to the wedding made me so confident nothing was getting missed. Kelsey was so calm and on top of it I had absolute faith in her that things would work out (and they did!). I didn't feel managed or overwhelmed by the Willow team on the day-of, but it was easy to add-on heaters the minute it was clear our guests were cold and they executed instantly. The Willow team went out and bought cards for us when I'd accidentally bought only envelopes and no cards -- they never even told me I'd made the mistake, they just handled it. Our car was packed up with everything in it's place before we left, and when I couldn't find something the next day, Kelsey emailed me exactly where in the car it was. It was incredible! My first impression when I toured the venue at 9am on a Sunday morning (after a Saturday night wedding) was how spotless it was. Literally not a leaf out of place. They absolutely lived up to that first impression.

I loved the way they structured their package to include *most* of the vendors we needed. No where throughout the process did I feel nickle'd & dime'd. They don't cut corners -- I was so frustrated on other venue tours that I'd be upsold for things like chairs or tables that looked nice. Kelsey was clear at explaining our options and making recommendations when we asked for them on things like food selection. Their base offering for a lot of those details were high quality. We toured more than 25 wedding venues before landing on The Willow. So many made me feel like they were taking advantage of how crazy the wedding industry is. I never felt that way with The Willow. Everything about how they run their business felt very reasonable and kind. I truly couldn't be happier with the decision we made.

What a perfect place to get married for folks who want the desert experience! We got married here late November and the day could not have been more perfect: 75 degree weather, quiet area, hot air balloons in the background, and the logistics went off without a hitch. The preferred vendors also did an amazing job and helped make the planning process smoother. Thank you to the Willow staff for the beautiful venue and helping make our big day special.

I love this venue, and everything they have done so far since opening. It's a photographers dream and the staff is very on board with couples visions, they are so professional, available, and know how to make your wedding dreams come true. The wedding guests seemed to love the venue as well and there are so many hidden spots to take beautiful wedding photos at. We’ve photographed here a handful of times and every time, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure that not only the couple is taken care of but the vendors too! Not to mention that this place is a photographer’s DREAM with its spacious and bright getting ready rooms, the gorgeous desert, amazing ceremony / reception place.
