The Willow Ballroom is amazing! We had our wedding there this past September and it was incredible. The details of the space — all the chandeliers, curtains, brick and concrete give this space such a beautiful and unique space that is a blank canvas to do with whatever you want. Angelica, the owner, is amazing and very detail oriented and will do everything to make sure everything looks and runs beautifully. If planning a wedding come look at the Willow!

Everyone I reached out to was excited to come back and work with Angelica/at the venue. The vibe at The Willow Ballroom is so elegant and dreamy especially if you get the full drapery package. Everything went seamlessly on our big day and this place will hold a special place in my heart forever.

Our wedding at The Willow Ballroom was absolutely stunning, and I cannot recommend this beautiful venue enough! From the start, the process of booking was so easy. Angelica, the owner, was incredibly responsive and made everything clear and straightforward, ensuring that all our questions were answered and the details were handled without stress. The contract we signed was honored and everything went as planned.

On the day of our wedding, Angelica was so clutch. She helped our wedding planner manage a lot of the logistics seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy our day without a worry. Her calming presence helped everything run smoothly, and I enjoyed our one on one golf cart rides 🙂

Additionally, I was really impressed by how quickly Angelica processed and refunded our security deposit, which was another testament to how professional and efficient she is.

I truly appreciated how Angelica went above and beyond in ways that weren't expected, like letting us drop off items ahead of time, offering some of her beautiful furniture for use, and even helping me remove a stain from my dress right before walking. These thoughtful gestures really demonstrated her exceptional customer service and made our experience even more special.

I honestly have no complaints about our experience at The Willow Ballroom. It is a gorgeous venue that can be transformed into any style, and working with Angelica made the entire process enjoyable. If you're looking for a wedding venue that offers both charm and professionalism, look no further. The Willow Ballroom is a perfect choice!

I’ve had the pleasure of attending both a wedding and another event at The Willow Ballroom, and I truly cannot recommend this venue enough! The space is absolutely stunning, with an elegant yet versatile atmosphere that makes every event feel magical. The wedding I attended utilized both the ballroom and the gorgeous outdoor grounds, and I was completely taken aback by how breathtaking everything was. From the high ceilings and beautiful lighting to the picturesque surroundings, every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create an unforgettable experience. Whether for a wedding or any other special occasion, The Willow Ballroom is a dream venue—I would give it more than five stars if I could!

I’ve had the pleasure of attending multiple events - weddings, parties, ceremonies, etc. - at the Willow Ballroom and am in awe every time at all of the ways that this space can be transformed. It’s probably helpful that the space itself is so chic to begin with! The vintage chandeliers, the exposed brick, the creeping vines, and the riverfront views add a charm overall that just can’t be replicated elsewhere in the area.

I’ve seen countless floor plans coupled with incredible details that bring charm and personal touch to each event. Angelica is a true professional and it’s clear that she is extremely good at what she does.

The vendor network she’s built is strong and is filled with other local, skilled professionals just as passionate as she is about bringing beauty and life to the Sacramento Delta in the way that only the Willow’s stunning estate is able to. One wedding in particular on a warm evening in early summer had me feeling like I was on the Italian Riviera - not many places can claim to bring that type of aura to Sacramento so immaculately!

I cannot say enough good things about The Willow Ballroom or Angelica! We had our wedding here in November 2024 and to this day my husband and I can't stop gushing over how perfect this venue was and how beautiful our day was! We also still hear so many good things from our guests! For example, my mom can be an especially tough critic but to my absolute surprise her & my step-father spent the Monday after the wedding just recollecting and saying nothing but praises for the whole event!

I found this venue on a wedding website shortly after I got engaged in November 2023. We booked a tour for the end of that month, because why not?! The moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect place for us to get married! (Initially, my then-fiance did a quick pass on this place when I first presented him with some venues and links. But randomly one day he decided to take another look and saw what I saw from the beginning!).

The Willow Ballroom is stunning! We loved the industrial feel, the romantic chandeliers, bistro lights, elegant drapes, and how large the event space was. Though we chose all indoors for both ceremony & reception, the view of the Delta on a fall evening was so pretty! It made for great golden hour photos with my groom. Our wedding vibe was moody, industrial and romantic. We wanted to fully embrace the darker hues of fall while still having an elegant wedding. This venue enabled us to bring that vision to life!

Lastly, Angelica! OMG. She is an absolute gem in the world of weddings! From booking to planning to execution of the day, she was amazing! The process was smooth. She provided valuable input and helpful suggestions to make things easier. She also had so many furniture items available for use in the space that ultimately save you $$ but add to the feel and functionality of your event. I also don't know what I would've done without her in the moments before those doors opened for my grand entrance. I was SO nervous with anticipation, but her calming presence truly helped center me. So thankful for our golf-cart girl talk! She was definitely more than just the venue owner-she goes above and beyond that job title and was quite integral in the success of our wedding!

Thank you Angelica and everyone at The Willow Ballroom, you will forever hold a place in our hearts! Thank for for the most magical night and the memory of it to last a lifetime!

As a little girl I dreamed of having a fairytale wedding- a wedding that was beautiful, magical, and the perfect backdrop to marrying my prince charming. The Willow Ballroom was it- I had my eyes on this place and crossed my fingers that one day I could get married here. Soon the time came and when my now husband and I toured the venue for the first time we were enchanted by the venue’s beauty, detail, and amazing aesthetic.

On our wedding day our family and friends were gushing over how incredible the Willow Ballroom was. Adjectives we have been hearing a lot are breathtaking, gorgeous, and Taylor Swift Love Story vibes. I completely agree.

One reason it is breathtaking is the chandeliers and drapes. WOW, the first time I walked in they were setting up for an open house and even when everything wasn’t fully set up it looked amazing! The height of the chandeliers and drapes are put at the perfect spot. The aisle I walked down on was lined with chandeliers, it made me feel like a Disney princess! All of the decor in the space is handpicked and well arranged. Every item of decor makes sense, nothing is too big or too small for the space. Also everything in the space is clean, classy, and elegant. During cocktail hour our family and friends loved the seating and table options and they said it added an extra special touch to our wedding. They also couldn’t get over the beautiful giant mirrors that welcomed you into the venue.

For the adjective gorgeous every step you take into the venue puts you in a state of awe. Even the bathrooms are decorated so nicely and cleanly! From the outside to inside space there are so many gems for spots to take pictures. They also have a private estate that has amazing greenery and is a pretty background for more wedding photos. Angelica and her family did a really great job giving space for couples to make their wedding picture dreams come to life.

You might chuckle at the Taylor Swift Love Story adjective, but it is an absolute complement. Angelica provided a wonderful list of preferred vendors- we were able to get the vendor dream team. My family and friends couldn’t stop talking about each of the vendors from signage to florist to the ice cream cart to photography etc. Usually there is just one vendor everyone loves but it seemed like nobody could pick their favorite because they were all SO good! Each of these vendors were familiar with the Willow Ballroom and all came together to emphasize the venue’s magnificent features and celebrate our special day. They all took my wedding dreams and picked the best designs, colors, and food to match the venue perfectly where everyone was singing Love Story (Taylor’s version) in their heads throughout the night. Angelica works well with all the vendors to inform them with accurate information and communicates in a detailed way and we are incredibly thankful for that!

The Willow Ballroom is an absolute beautiful space and we highly recommend you getting married or hosting your event there!

The Willow Ballroom is an absolutely magical venue. I’ve had the opportunity to attend two events at this space and it’s jaw-dropping how it can be transformed to accommodate hundreds of attendees and then draped to become a cozy and comfy space for smaller events alike. The outside space along the river is a gorgeous setting as well and the photographs from this property are exceptional. I highly recommend!
