Thankful for this home visiting medical group. My mom couldn’t get to her primary after being in the hospital. I called HarmonyCares Medical Group and registered my mom. I scheduled a home visit and they were able to come and see my mom for a post hospital stay appointment.
The provider and his medical assistant were excellent! They took their time and really listened to my mom. Even though my mom has a primary in an office, she now has HarmonyCares too, who can come see her for follow ups or if sick and cannot get out of the house to see her old primary doctor. She is keeping both. The MA was able to draw labs at home and the provider ordered Home Health too. So happy she has this option to get primary care at home. I definitely recommend!

Every member of the team was fantastic. They were so kind and caring with my mom. I can’t say enough incredible things about the aid that bathed my mom. She was incredible. The nurses showed tremendous compassion, not just towards my mom, but also towards me. I’m very grateful to them.

They assure patients that they are available 24/7. This is not true. Every call goes to a call center, with long periods of call waiting. They say there will be a call back…which does not always happen. They let us down two weeks ago and we ended up taking my 101 year old (WWII vet) father to emergency room because they failed to respond. Today is Black Friday and their offices are
Closed. Wait time with call center is ridiculous and the promised callback is yet to occur. We may end up in emergency room again. Wish we had never encountered this company…pure disappointment and frustration. Stay away.

Very attentive. They always make sure to have proper communication with everyone. They make adjustments for our convenience. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The doctor gave us a great experience. I love the overall process.

I love them. My grandmother became bed-bound late 2021 and they have been a godsend. They come to the house so we don't have to move her (we have stairs and with the pandemic, most ambulance services aren't giving private services, so this is a real challenge). They are extremely responsive and always follow up on whatever the concern is. I wish they could be her hospitality when she had to go to the hospital because they do a much better job than her hospitality did. They are a wonderful support system and I'm extremely grateful to have found them
