Toque Boutique was the best caterer I could have gotten for my daughter’s graduation party. Mark came in prepared and set up everything perfectly. His server/bartender Marvin was really attentive to all the guests and both were really professional. All the food was amazing and everyone loved it. I 100% recommend anyone who needs a caterer to check them out!

We had such a fun experience with Toque Boutique! Mark is such a kind, welcoming, seasoned professional and you can taste the love he puts into his work. Dinner was a delicious steak, with broccoli, and potatoes along with some crostini appetizers. The food was absolutely perfect for the event. Each guest was in awe of the presentation and the taste was exquisite (some guests even giggled because it was JUST THAT GOOD! Me included!) I cannot wait for my next experience with Toque Boutique! This experience continues to live at the top of my list of fond memories.

We hired Chef Mark and Toque Catering for a last-minute birthday dinner and we couldn't have been happier. Mark's years of cooking experience and business acumen allowed him to easily pull this event off within a few days! Even though I was nervous about the short timeframe Mark was calm and professional all while giving me great suggestions and direction. The night of the dinner was even more enjoyable when Mark walked in cool as a cucumber and took charge of the kitchen. He's unflappable!

The incredible food coupled with the professional service made for a successful evening; but the icing on the cake is Mark's warm demeanor and great attitude! All my guests loved him!

On the receiving end of this delicious, high quality experience I can say that Chef Marq was incredibly friendly, prompt, professional, and welcoming. Each course that he prepared for us in our kitchen was artistic, scrumptious, and fresh. If you’re looking for a private chef he is the one to go with. Look nowhere else, honestly. Having Mark cater our St Paddy’s day cocktail party this weekend was one of the best experiences EVER! From beginning to end the process was so easy and most importantly - STRESS FREE. His menu is amazing and the food was delicious. Mark and Danielle were so friendly and accommodating. I cannot wait to host another party and have them back.

Such an incredible experience. Mark and Carry went above and beyond in our celebration for my parents birthday/retirement. From the very beginning Mark had strong communication, worked with us on the menu, and added personal touches. You can tell they know what they are doing! They did everything in the kitchen, set up our table, made sure the glasses were clean and always full.... the presentation of the food was beautiful and it all tasted so good!!!! We felt very safe with them in our home during covid. They wore their mask the entire time. This was the perfect activity to do during covid times. I was also impressed with how they boxed our leftovers up, we had so many leftovers! Our kitchen was also left extremely clean. HIGHLY recommend
