Once again very satisfied with this hotel. A beautiful lobby, reasonably spacious rooms, one of the most physically accessible hotels I've been in, and the list goes on. This is my first choice for staying in Joliet whenever I can help it. The bathroom is big enough for a full-size power wheelchair and, with a little duct tape for a toilet riser, a great height for my chair. Grab bars are at a good height, and there's even a phone near the toilet. I can't comment on the shower, but they DO provide a roll-in shower in at least one room that's big enough for a medium sized rolling shower chair. Easy to get around the room, and the lobby is wonderfully cozy. Staff and housekeeping are very nice and easy to work with, and I always feel well taken care of here.||Room doors are light enough to open on my own (a big plus) and locks etc. are easy to reach. I'll have to get some photos for next time - it's hard to find accessible hotels and this one does it very well. They offer breakfast until 10am on holidays and weekends, which is awesome for holiday travelers like myself. For a "hotel breakfast," it's pretty good! Coffee and some other hot drinks are available complimentarily all day, and there's a small area for snacks and some other convenience food and items (which is a bit pricey ($3 for a soda), but is nice to have). ||Staff are very friendly, if a little bit short-handed, though I stayed over Christmastime so maybe new management gave more folks time off, which is great. That said, nothing was ever "slow" or poorly handled or anything like that, just had to wait an extra second or two for someone to come to the desk.||The only thing that was a slight issue this time was the minifridge in the room being FAR too cold, all of my leftover holiday food froze! More troublingly, I had medication freeze in the fridge, which isn't supposed to be frozen. It was a pretty minor thing (just leave it out to thaw for a bit), but there's no way to adjust the temps in it, and EVERYTHING got too cold.||I've never been unhappy here. You won't regret your stay.

This place is so nice and clean and such good service! Tj at the front desk was very amazing and accommodating! Also this hotel has slots in it it was a nice little surprise! We had such a good time!

Second time staying here and both times I enjoyed my stay. Nice size room, comfy bed and perfect location. No weird smells or mold and mildew like some hotels. They have breakfast but not my cup of tea, however, there are many breakfast places within 3 minutes and the mall is across the street! Only problem this last time was person on 3rd floor was moving furniture around 3 am two nights in a row but that's not the hotels fault. Can't wait to come back in Spring to see family and stay there. My advice get the King suite, the shower jets are Amazing if your sore from driving

Wonderful Every Time ! We stay at this Best Western Plus I-55 at least 5 times a year. We keep coming back. The staff and management are Always friendly and go the extra mile to accommodate us. All we to was ask. We are never disappointed.

The manager TJ was awesome!! We had our annual family Christmas party at this hotel for the weekend. They were very accommodating. Hotel & rooms were very clean! Great meeting room & great breakfast!! We'll be back!!

We had an exceptional stay here at this hotel and they cater to all of our needs. The hotel was very clean. They even make sure that the hot tub and pool or warmer. Can you stay when we came back from our daily activities to swim. Would highly recommend staying at the best western here at this location.

The pillows are the fluffiest and nice clean sheets and towels and breakfast was very awesome and wide range of varieties offered the staff is so friendly always smiling and manager is always there at the property. the pool and hot tub was awesome

Nice and clean and quiet hotel. Staff friendly and respectful. I can smell the cleanliness when I walk through the front door of the hotel. Breakfast good to good options.
