The front desk manager and the other girl are absolutely horrid. Their attitudes and customer service are trash. I've never felt so disrespected by hotel staff. Also, how does a hotel not have toilet paper?! For days they've told everyone they are out of toilet paper I had to go buy my own pack. Isn't that the bare minimum a hotel should provide. All the doors are locked except the front door ! What is that even about? Am I staying in a prison or a hotel? By the way the manager acts like a prison warden it's more prison than hotel . Worst experience of my life.

To start off this review, I wanted to say I have never been to a hotel quite like this particular establishment. First of all, the rooms are a family-friendly environment with sturdy doors, making you feel safe and comfortable as if you were home with a modest kitchen and freezing ac . The first day I visited the hotel, I met a kind and friendly staff member of the name Britt who helped me feel confident in staying in the hotel and another staff member named Marie informed me the longer you stay the better your rates go after that I saved a whole lot of money I felt taken care of everyday. With the added Lennon services, I get warm fresh towels and blankets every day that I see all the staff work on every day while handling grumpy customers. " Guess those customers didn't have there coffee.?". The night crew is always alert and focused at the task at hand. I believe his name is channing. And there is a brilliant manager I didn't quite get her name down, but with her quick problem solving skills and true care for the hotel, she brings the whole team together. And as a unit, this hotel will always be in good hands. I don't think I'll be leaving for quite a while l.

This place was very dirty had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room and dirty diapers in the hallway beds were very uncomfortable they were not beds they were two cot!!!! Had people banging on the walls and at all hours of the night staff was not very helpful as well. Learn when we checked in that you don't get towel service in less you pay an additional fee! This was the worst experience for me and my family that I could think off

Let me start this by stating that there is a woman by the name of Marie who works at the front desk. She made our stay very uncomfortable by telling my partner he reminded her of her boyfriend who apparently choked her out, that's the first issue.

The second issue is that Marie assured my boyfriend he could pay half of a due balance we had of just over $400, to which he paid $216 and we then planned to stay another two weeks and pay that remainder out of his next check, to have another employee collect another $100 from us the next day, knowing we would be told to checkout the next day after that.

The hotel itself is nice, the residents are nice, the housekeepers are all great. The maintenance man Vic is a superstar. Everyone at this hotel BUT Marie made us feel welcomed and at home. We will not stay here again and I will definitely not change this review.

Make sure if you stay here that any interaction you have with Marie is recorded so she can't lie about you and get you kicked out, too.

Rooms are clean and stay as clean as you make it. Kitchenette and full size fridge come in handy for long term stays. Manager and staff are friendly and super helpful.

this location isn't the best I didn't know before arrival being that im visiting on a work trip. The hotel wreaked of smoke from the front door to each room and was not properly cleaned. Not to judge but the hotel guests made me very uncomfortable as a single woman traveling alone. You get what you pay for with this one. For slightly more you can find better for a peace of mind and comfortability .

I stayed there because i work near there with My group of workers and it was difficult for us to comunicate but the recepcionist Marie help us alot with everthing we needed she was very nice with me and my workers she has really good costumer service and does her job really well.

Only staying here because I mostly have to. Been staying at extended stay for for almost 15 years for work. 10 years ago they were nice. Today, they are about on average as Tweekly rentals. Mostly rodents living here. Up all night screaming and building meth labs. If only I could post audio and video.
