I had the experience with Chicago land even rental. They were extremely friendly, professional, and they made me feel like we’ve been friends for a long time. They made me feel comfortable and I even provided with their thoughts on where to set the cake to prevent the cake from melting in the heat. I will definitely use them again. One of the smoothest experiences I have had. They played a small but vital role in my wedding weekend and they were the easiest to work with. Easy to confirm the order. They were willing to work with us on pickup and drop off and were so flexible. A+ experience, highly recommend. I don’t post reviews often but this situation necessitated one

They’re literally legit! Do not believe the nasty comments. I enjoyed my game rentals from them. I had a time connect 4 and a giant jenga game and everyone enjoyed themselves. They dropped off the items hours before they said they were. I was so happy to have the games while waiting for my daughters party to finish setting up. I will most definitely shop w them again! They made the party nice for the older kids because we only had a bouncy house originally and bubbles little stuff but those giant games brought us more fun. Thank you so much Chicagoland Events Rentals. Again don’t believe the negative comments they’re legit. Great communication as well.

The tables and chairs were quality. Their billing and customer service not so much. Three experiences below

1) charged me a $225 early delivery fee for delivery early in the day at 10am…then called me three days before the event to deliver in the evening and when I said no…charged me $150 for same day delivery. When I asked why, it was that they were able to deliver three other orders geographically close to me and they didn’t want to come back

2) on day of delivery, they were an hour late and said they only move the tables and chairs from truck to a maximum of 25 feet versus carrying them to the where we needed them.

3) upon pick up, they said they would only pick up if we broke everything down and gathered to a place convenient to them due to concerns of Covid…but then when they showed they wanted us to help them load it…

Again, we got what we needed but there were hidden fees and plenty on times where their convenience was more important than anything else.

Everything turned out really well! The setup was done the day before my event . The guy that put up the tent was alone but he worked very hard and efficient. Also came back the next day to add lights. It looked really beautiful and we got tons of compliments on the tent and picnic tables. I

Adding white chairs to a small ceremony made such a big difference for the day, the team was so helpful with the delivery as assisting with the drop off and pick up times. I will definitely use this company again in the future and I have already given details out to so many colleagues that are in the hospitality industry. A++ from this bride! Thank you again!

Let me just start off by saying if I could I would give them 10 stars. I have been planning parties and events for 16 years and this is the first company that made everything so easy . I can be very irritating because I have lots of questions and I was never once treated rudely and they did not get annoyed with me. This is a very professional rental place. They have it all. My adults and kids loved the games. The chairs and tables we’re cleaned and everything was dropped off on time. Please don’t look any further and hire them. I will definitely be calling again and again.

Great customer service! Phillip was so friendly and the tables and chairs we rented were delivered a with ample time to set up and all very clean. Super professional company will definitely use again in the future.
