Such a fun place to visit. It was raining outside so I couldn't walk the trails but the visiting center itself was nice.

It is a very nice visitors center. There are several interpretive displays on local animals, plants, and the geography of the park. They have artifacts on display. There is a very well done 3-D topographical display of the park. You can pick up informative pamphlets of the park showing the location of trails, camping locations, shelters, lodge, parking areas, picnic areas, horse trails, lodging and boat launch. The pamphlets are very well done.
The visitor center has restrooms with handicap accessible. The restrooms are very clean and well maintained.

The Giant City Visitors Center is a great place to visit before your exploration. It features 3D models of just about anything you will find in the park including a 3D map! Staff is friendly and willing to help.
