Had my new patient appointment today at Burns Dentistry with Briana. She was so knowledgeable and didn’t assume I knew things. She educated me throughout my whole appointment and made sure I understood why things were done. She was gentle and thorough! The entire staff was so kind from the minute I walked in until I checked out. You can tell they have an amazing culture in their office that extends to the treatment of their patients. One of the best dental offices I’ve been to ever.

From the moment I entered the office, I felt welcomed! I was greeted by Susan, the concierge who knew who I was and thanked me for completing the online forms and made me comfortable while I waited a few minutes for my appointment! I was given a tour of the office and everyone I met along the way.greeted me with a smile and positive attitude! Today was a teeth cleaning/x-ray appointment. I was impressed with Briana as she gave me step by step explanations as she walked me through the process. When it came time to set up my next appointment, I was very impressed by the staff and their enthusiasm in making me feel part of the Burns Dental family! This was a very positive introduction to our new dental team in Sun City!

Very fortunate to have dental hygienist Christine work on my teeth for the last few years. She is passionate and thorough about her work and my teeth is so much cleaner each time after the appointment. Dr. Dodd is also understanding and accommodating with what needed done with my teeth, and Susan, the front desk lady, knows everyone by name as soon as one walks-in -- amazing! There are other dental offices nearby, but I continue to drive the extra miles to this place because of the exceptional services provided by the people there.

What an old fashioned exceptional experience I’ve had today!! I took my mother in for services and the sincere kindness, professionalism, compassion and thoroughness was oozing from every corner of the Burns group. From beginning to end the experience was amazing. They took excellent care of my mom and were very patient (even listening to her stories and looking at photos-as mom’s do). They treated me as if I were part of her appointment, her care, not like a bystander or after thought. And was it clean? WOW! It was clean and lots of white surfaces where you could clearly see the cleanliness. Also our dental assistant wiped down each instrument after usage. Let me conclude that I am visiting my mother in AZ and employed by a well known medical group that focuses on the experience that I received today. It’s easy to be nice, but in a place of employment where there is so much to do, you really have to stay aware and be conscious of going above and beyond with your work and interactions. You can sometimes see one struggle to do so. Well, I know in my heart from the front desk, dental techs, admin and the doctors, that they enjoy what they do as their dispositions came so freely. Thank you all so much for the experience and the comfort in knowing that when my mother lets me know she has a dental appointment, I’ll know she’s about to have a great day!

This was my first visit to Burns Dental and what a great experience! I am so glad I found them. I had the most comprehensive examination and teeth cleaning ever! Everyone was so nice. Taylor my XRay technician and my dental hygienist Brianna were both fantastic. Brianna was very gentle and thorough. My teeth feel great. Their office has all the latest technology and is able to make crowns the same day. They have an oral surgery suite and I had the most extensive set of XRays and photographs of my teeth taken. Had never had that before. I highly recommend them.

Such a welcoming office! As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with a smile! Doctor Puha did an amazing job on my cavities! Will definitely be coming back and definitely would recommend this dentistry!

Today I saw Dr.Puha and his assistant Allyson . They get an A++ for the awesome care they provided .They explained the diagnosis, treatment plan and financial arrangements thoroughly and listened to my concerns and addressed them. They put me at ease with their serene and calm bedside manner. This was an awesome experience from the moment I called to schedule the appointment right through the check out process! Above and beyond! Thank you!!!
