Check in was quick, easy and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and pretty modern and up to date. My wife dropped a piece of jewelry that went down the sink drain. I called the front desk and maintenance was there very quickly to retrieve the jewelry! The breakfast items were improved from previous stays but still not as appealing as some chains. Check out was quick.

After had stayed here in September/October in one of the renovated rooms, I booked again. However, my recent stay in a supposed renovated room could have been better . The renovations paint jobs are not the best. This room had an old tub, but the kicker was the distance the toilet was from the toilet paper dispenser. I had to get off the toilet to get toilet paper.

I find as an IHG rewards member, when I use points the rooms they assign are not as good as rooms assigned when points are not used.

This review is by a woman, which is why the bathroom design for toilet and the toilet dispenser matters. The front desk did come to see the issue.

The staff were warm & friendly on a very cold subzero day. The facility , while being under renovations, was clean and comfortable. Our room was fabulous. The food choices were perfect for us at breakfast. The coffee was very tasty, not like hotel coffee can be. Check out was smooth and our membership was honored.

My wife and I stayed here at this holiday inn in order to visit with my daughter and her family. The room was cold when we arrived, but warmed up within and hour and all was good. The only complaint we had was the poor placement of the toilet paper dispenser - a long arm's stretch to reach it. Aside from that, the continental breakfast in the morning was good and filling, the room was quiet enough to get our sleep, and the cleanliness was top notch.

Poor bathroom logistics. Toilet was way too far from toilet paper dispenser. This was supposed to be renovated room. The tub/shower was out outdated. The paint job in the renovated room is not the best, like there was no cleanup.

I’ve stayed in a lot of holiday inn and has always loved my experience but this was TERRIBLE. I left my baby juice bottle on the counter the night before and woke up and the bottle was full of at least 30 ants and all in the window cracks. It’s hard to see in the picture because it’s black but it’s a ton of them. Also I always workout in the gym and even that had dead lady bugs everywhere all in the stairwell as well. I’m beyond frustrated because I pay a lot to sleep here. Yes the room was decent size with an extra couch and bed but this bug experience has completely changed my mind about holiday inn. Not sure if this management if bad but this is wrong. House keeping is definitely slacking big time

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The tv was a bit confusing as far as cable channels that programmed but unable to view. The amenities as far as charging ports for your devices, ironing board and hair dryer are available in your room.

Disappointed

When you walk in the hotel it appears clean. Elevator 2 made you question if you were going to be able to get out of it. (Very shaky and delayed) upon entering the room it smelt musty. The bathtub didn’t hold water and there was a smashed cookie on the floor next to the bed. WiFi didn’t work and I found a bug in our bed in the sheets so I didn’t sleep that night I was extremely disgusted.
