Hotel was a bargain. But could have been better if the Internet wasn’t too spotty. And their indoor pool was temporarily closed since November. And our stay was in mid March with an indoor hotel pool closed that long. Is that hotel franchise location not making enough to pay to continue renovating their indoor pool? Other than that, our suite was amazing. Which it’s hard to come around and get a suite with a hot tub at a reasonable price comparable to a standard room in any other ordinary hotel.

We had a fantastic stay here. Staff was super helpful. Room was HUGE and very nice. Only complaints were the pool was down for remodel and the breakfast was lack luster. We also had no shelf in the shower? Nowhere to set soaps and stuff. For the price, we were pleasantly surprised.

Do NOT stay here! I was decieved into thinking the place has a heated pool. The rooms don’t get cleaned AT ALL during the duration of your stay, but they still charge you the same every day. There’s no pool as advertised. Dirty moldy bathroom, bugs and overall the worst place Expedia has ever recommended. Extremely noisy, both the place and the staff. Construction and housekeeping start screaming to each other very early. There’s better hotels for a better price. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Very nice bathrooms and amenities where fantastic along with the people at the front desk. Not going to lie upset the pool wasn't going but didn't feel it was appropriate to knock a star as room was very clean and bathroom was updated and very clean! Thank you I had a pleasant stay. 😁

This place is terrible!! From their rooms to their staff. I came here for a overnight stay for a little getaway from our chaotic lives, I am 7 months pregnant my daughter is 8yrs old & my husband was dealing with health issuses. We all woke up with bed bug bites my daughter was covered from head to toe I was bit all over my belly and legs my husband legs as well. My husband inspected our beds and found bugs in both our beds. When we addressed to the manager she refused to give us a refund she accused us of being the ones to bring these bugs in the establishment. Due to the amount of bites my daughter & I had we had to be hospitalized. Was going to pursue legal action but I had to deal with the loss of my husband. Highly do not recommend staying at this inn.

Servers were okay. The rooms looked a bit nicer than I expected but one of the rooms we were in, the lock didn't work for the door.

Very welcoming staff, rooms are up to date and come with fridge and microwave. and you can tell the cleanliness is maintained as well properly done. . Nice location as far as surrounding places.

This hotel was just fine for what I needed. The price was very reasonable compared to other options. Sure, there were some areas needing improvement. As other reviews mentioned, it is hard to get towels. My room had no washcloths, and when I asked the front desk staff for some, they said the laundry people hadn’t brought them any. Also, the pool is closed, the rooms don’t have irons, and there is some overall wear and tear. Still, the room was clean, and I had a good experience with the front desk staff. Don’t choose this hotel if you’re looking for a superb experience, but if you are looking for something simply affordable and clean, it’s a great option. The location is a benefit, too, as there are several dining options nearby.
