This hotel was truly gross. Within minutes there was a banded cockroach climbing the wall, multiple splatters of some kind of liquid on the wall and a white substance on the curtains, Ugly orange shower curtain that looked as old as my grandmother, the furniture was banged up exposing the bare wood underneath, Tiny blood spots on the sheets made me think the hotel definitely had a history of bed bugs!, Sheets were stained. I looked behind the headboard & was so sorry I did - it was absolutely disgusting...hair, lint, looked as though it had never been cleaned. Phone, alarm clock and other surfaces appeared to have not been wiped down in a long time and had a dirty residue on them. There were not enough towels in the room (only 2 small bath towels that did not cover my body when wrapped around me & 2 thin washcloths). We asked for a renovated room, and although the shower curtain appeared new, that was the only thing that presented as clean. I did not feel safe or clean here. Never again! And I paid $88 per night. I WISH I COULD GET A REFUND. I regret I did not pay more money to stay at the Hampton Inn!! I was completely misled by the reviews. 🙁

Upon checking in my room was quiet. The bed was comfortable too. There was little to no highway noise, which is pretty rare. The amenities are a little sparse but the price was right so it was a great stay. Some of the decor is outdated in the common areas. Looks like hotel is remodeling in some areas.

I wrote a review of this hotel in January 2020, finding it careworn and not the best.|I visited again in November 2024 and it was transformed for the better.|It is still an older building, but the lobby/desk area was substantially refreshed and more customer friendly. The elevators were clean this time. Hallway brightly lit and clean. New paint everywhere. Room was updated with new mattress and furniture-pretty nice. Bedding was very new and towels, too. Bathroom had updated fixtures and great towels and supplies. Abundant instant hot water. Good breakfast included. Needless to say I was very pleased. I guess this is the effect of being part of Wyndham.

Positive: Room clean and quiet with updated furnishings. Lighting in room better than average. Bed firm. Fridge in room. Staff was helpful. Negative: Did not like hold on credit card. Ran out of milk at breakfast (bought milk from store but it took a while). Despite do not disturb tag on door, somebody was in the room during the day. Neither TV in breakfast area or computer in lobby was working.

Positive: Nothing, this was a horrible experience. Negative: They don't plow or salt their parking lot, so we slipped and fell. They wouldn't let us park in the back for our safety while we loaded up to leave.Elevator brokenIce machine brokenDryer broken.They didn't refill the breakfast food during the times.

Positive: That it dosent allow smoking. Negative: There was no basket in the coffee filter that goes to the coffee pot there was no shampoo and coditioner on the wall their was no stopper for the bath tub or sink the bed was so uncomfortable I coul not sleep. The elevator didn't work.

I stayed the weekend here. This hotel is run down and worthless. 1st night we need pillows for the pull out bed and two extra towels for our kids. The night staff said there's no way I can get them you have to wait till morning. We were on the second floor, elevator broken down.
Ice machine on second floor broken down.
The only dryer in the facility says (offline) aka BROKEN DOWN.
The parking lot was not plowed or iced and my children and I slipped several times.
BATHROOM DIRTY. DIRTY SHEETS ON THE BED.
CARPET WAS NOT VACUUMED.
breakfast= they have muffins, cereal, waffles, toast, bagels, sausage links and milk. They fill it up at the beginning of the time and do not refill it again.

This is one of the dirtiest and most unprofessional hotels I have ever stayed in. The carpet was stained, furniture was broken, and sheets and towels had holes in them. The parking lot was not adequately plowed, lobby was covered in mud, and staff were unwelcoming. The elevator and ice machines were broken and there were handmade signs everywhere instead of anything professional. There were chunks missing from the walls. It was so dirty I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with the sheets over me and left as soon as I could.
