We received truly EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from start to finish!! The Branch Manager, Jonah Seifert, helped us at check-in. Jonah was polite, respectful, professional, thorough, SMART -- and so very NICE!! He effortlessly coordinated everything with our dealership & made the whole process as easy as pie. He set us up with a great car and had us out the door in a flash. What a terrific experience!!

I recently had such amazing customer service while both renting and returning a vehicle. Tanner, and Zoe both were great and I wanted to give them a shout out! I’ve been renting from this Enterprise location for over 2 years now. I rent often, and have tried other rental agencies and I would compare other agencies to the DMV vibe. I make it a point to rent from this location. Every time I come in no matter how busy Enterprise is they greet you with a smile, they are so polite and pleasant. I’ve had to call customer service out on the road and they are great. 5 star location!

Absolutely terrible experience, had to be put in 3 cars in under 24 hours. First one had an engine malfunction, second one didn’t have an oil cap on and almost blow up, third one was fine but then they over charged us and won’t return my calls. This was during our wedding weekend too…

Our time to pick up was 11:00am. Arrived early. Before I had a chance to sit down, was asked if we were waiting to pick up. Gave all information needed. We were shown the car and on our way in 10 minutes. Returned the car early and again we were done in 10 minutes. Ramon Cooper was extremely helpful. Were members of a timeshare. Going to post on their web site about the excellence service. Will only use Enterprise for our car rentals.

EXCELLENT rental experience ! The location was just down the street from the body shop and the two worked together to make it even easier for us. The service was fast and courteous, the car was clean and comparable to our own. We couldn't have asked for better service.

The worst costumer service I have ever experienced. This location is notorious for over booking. It doesn’t matter if you booked a week, 2 weeks or 3 weeks in advance. After I was TBoned a week ago I booked a rental through this location. I was dropped off with my 2 year old & his car seat just to be told to leave and there’s nothing they can do because they over booked and don’t have any cars until 4 days from today. I’m sick to my stomach for how I was treated with 0 warning of not fulfilling my reservation. I now have missed work, still have 0 modes of transportation with my son & still can’t get through to an actual person because their call services are all automated. Enterprise is garbage.

Clean, bright place. Professional friendly staff. Fast and efficient service from pick up to return. Such a nice shuttle driver. I could sit and talk to him for hours.
Update: I've rented cars from this location many times since I originally created this review. Literally, every single car we have rented shouldn't have been available to rent in the conditions they were in. Whether they were dirty, scratched & dinged up to the point, I'd asked if they purposely gave me their very worste car for some unspoken reason. They've needed air in the tires, the oil percentage indicator has been at zero percent, the "service now" light has been on, one car refused to allow you to stay in your lane on the freeway & pulled so hard I had to keep a tight grip on the steering wheel. It was like the car & I were in a tug of war match. It was scary.

They were helpful and reasonable. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review was because I was ignored by the clerk when I arrived to pick up a car. In fairness, she may have thought someone else but I wasn't really greeted when I arrived. Could use a bit more customer service training.
