BEWARE!!! This place is a scam! I would give it a zero if I could!

I needed my washer and dryer looked at, was quoted $55 per appliance if the repair man came out M-F. Appointment was scheduled on a Friday between 5pm-7pm. I had to call 3 times to see where the repair men were, no one bothered to even call to say they were running late until after my 3rd call! They finally arrive at 8:30pm, lifted up the lid to my washer, moved the base around then told me that it was the bearing. They did not bother to turn it on and run it through a cycle. Then looked at my dryer, tried telling me that the lights on the timer knob should not all be lite up, not true they always light up then as the time goes down a light turns off. Told that it would cost $695 to fix the washer, that they never even turned on, and $395 for the dryer that they knew nothing about. To top things off, when I went to pay, they price went from $110 for both, to $140. I called this morning, Monday, and was told that the price went up because I didn't prepay! #1, I was never told this and was quite shocked that they wanted to take my money 5 days in advance, out of my account. #2 $140 was not even worth the few minutes they were there. The lady on the phone this morning was no help at all! I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Too much.for a local run $80. I live in town, no reason for $80 charge, spend 2 mins assesing and leave. Tells me better off buying a new one. Decent guy. But a decent individual wouldnt of charged me $80 for a 2 min visit. Asked him about $80 charge, he said its an outside company, but yet he is the owner. A quick phone call could of lowered or waived the $80 for a local run. Will not use him again.

Scam! Do not use them! They tell you one thing on the phone and the repair persons says and does something else. Beware! Do not use them. Huge scam! They want your $60 and that is it. Don’t fall for it.
